Great Hotel. Great Staff. Upon check we were upgraded from Jr Suite to King Suite. We also arrived a little early and had no problem getting checked in. Our room was very clean. No problems during our stay.

Pretty, funky hotel located in a fun area is Memphis. Close to restaurants and bars and only a few blocks away from Beale Street. Nice views from their rooftop bar.

Me and my wife took a weekend trip to have fun on Beale Street. Its about 4 blocks away but we didn't mind the walk. The rooms were very nice and clean. Valet parking is a must at 29 bucks its cheap for a 4.5 star hotel. I would highly recommend that you stay at the Madison hotel when you come to Memphis.

I went out of my way to plan a stay at The Madison. I was there for a site visit for a large meeting (60+) people. I arrived at 3 pm and was told they did not have my reservation. Luckily I had the email from their website. $350 room revenue? They told me they were full and walked me. They blamed the mix up on Worldhotels. Ridiculous. They will not recieve any of my business and will recommend to our American Express travel group to not use the Madison.

Absolutely lovely hotel with amazing customer service. We had a couple of unusual requests and Felicia at the front desk made a difficult day so much easier. Thomas in the restaurant was helpful and we had a delicious dinner. The room had a beautiful river view, the bed was deliciously comfy and we certainly will return.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was excellent with good access to Downtown. Rooftop terrace is probably one of best views in Memphis. Highly recommended as a good base for visiting and exploring the city.

This hotel is very luxurious!! The valet and the desk clerk (her name starts with an F) were above and beyond helpful and friendly!! The blankets and pillows are fluffy and perfect. They made me feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud! Which is in fact what i was looking for. The bathroom towels are large too. I could go on but I'll leave it at that.

The rooftop bar is really nice and the view is incredible. That's the good part. Keep reading... When we checked in we found that the shower had not been cleaned and there was used soap, used shampoo and hair on the walls and floor of the shower. The staff was very apologetic tried to clean it, but there was still hair we found in there even afterward. We later found trash still in the garbage cans and the checkout ticket from the person before us was on the coffee table. It was now late in the evening and we just decided to let it go because we were leaving in the morning. It is very unfortunate because I wanted to like this hotel. But, as expensive as their rooms are, I would not feel comfortable staying again in a hotel where I was not it confident about its cleanliness. Bye, Madison. I'll revisit your roof, but not your rooms.
