This spa is extremely professional. The manager called me to check up on the micropeel I was given after reading a review on my experience. Though my skin did not take too well to the procedure the manager did provide me with a discounted service that did work on my skin. Both aestheticians who worked with me were very helpful and kind; it's evident they are passionate about their jobs and that the salon as a whole cares about their clients.

I went to Aqua Colour Lounge about a month ago for a haircut. The prices are a little bit higher than what I usually pay (broke young professional here!), but the price is well worth it. My stylist Rose was amazing at finding the right hairstyle for me. She was also really sweet and personable. I cannot say that for other hairstylists I had here in Clarksville. Also, the salon looks very clean, organized and vibrant. I definitely felt comfortable while I was here. Overall, I would definitely recommend this salon!

I love Aqua Colour Lounge. I have gone to this medspa/salon for laser hair removal and for hair color and cuts. I love it. The staff is always friendly, everyone is informative without being pushy. While having a cancellation policy, they have rescheduled appointments for me when work obligations popped up, as long as I reschedule 48 hours in advance. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my services and I can't wait to go back.

I'm new to Clarksville, and after doing some research, I chose The Aqua Colour Lounge Salon and Spa. It was such an enjoyable experienceand I left feeling beautiful. My stylist, Elizabeth was awesome! She was attentive and listened to everything I wanted but still gave me a professional opinion. She cut and styled my hair specific to my hair type. The salon was very cool and modern, a refreshing surprise, here in Clarksville. The receptionists were super friendly, and very well dressed. I had my hair done a little over a week ago and since I have had a courtesy call to check on my experience, as well as a thank you card in the mail. This salon is amazing and I will continue to get my hair done here. I just love it! I can't wait to try the the Spa.

My friend recommend Aqua colour Lounge to me. I have always walked out after having my hair colored and/or cut hating it because it wasn't done the way I wanted it or what the picture looked like! But the hair stylist Rachel Rivera at Aqua lounge has done a fantastic job at creating the look that I love and, their products are wonderful making my hair feel and look healthy. From the front door to the back room every body that works at this establishment is so friendly and helpful. Thank you Ladies!

Today my search for a thorough and knowledgeable stylist has ended! Rose did a phenomenal job on both my cut and my hi lites, lo lites and most importantly she explained every detail from beginning to end answered all my questions without hesitation. Rose truly knows what she is doing, without a doubt a top notch professional. Rose and the entire staff were so pleasant and up beat it was just a comfortable and POSITIVE atmosphere altogether. The stylist all work together and learn from one another which I feel is so important and beneficial to running any good business, Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Having just moved to Clarksville, I was looking for a stylist who I could count on for just about anything. It made me nervous to be going to a new stylist when I kept the same for 7+ years. I saw Aqua at many different Expos around the area and heard super great reviews on them. Shelby was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She did exactly what I wanted and was professional and sweet during my visit! Thanks ladies!

I went here based on a recommendation from a friend for a cut and partial high lights. I was charged a little bit less than she was, for the same service from the same person. I was given a welcome packet that had a card in it saying I could get $10 off a service for writing a review! So, in a sense, they are paying for good reviews. Don't get me wrong, I have been very pleased with my hair. But, on my third visit the price of my regular services suddenly went up $25. I wasn't told this until I went to check out, so I was stuck paying the extra money. I was also told that my stylist had actually gone up in price even more than that, and she's just moving up some of her regular customers more slowly. So, next time I come it will cost another $30 on top of the last increase. What!?!? Her services have basically gone up 35%?! That is a huge increase! It makes me wonder, especially since my friend was already paying more, that they do this to everyone. You know, once you have been there a few times and get comfortable. Who likes to have to change stylists? I actually told her this visit that I "trusted" her now. Then I get hit with the price increase on the way out the door. Seems a little fishy to me. Now I have to look for a new stylist somewhere else. A small price increase would have been okay with me. But this is too much, and the way they went about it made me very uncomfortable.
