A vacation is typically viewed as a relaxing time where you can get away from your worries. But for those who suffer from travel anxiety, it can overpower leisure with stress. Many people have this common fear. After all, flying is hardly natural to humans. However, with a little bravery and work, even the most frightened traveler can learn to fly the friendly skies with little difficulty.
