I love the yoga studio at this location. Great Instructors, especially Jason and Lindsey. I recently moved out of state and I was so sad when I had to cancel my membership, it has been hard finding a gym and even a yoga studio that measure up. Life Time come to Milwaukee!

The facility is top notch. Clean locker rooms, separate yoga, cycling, and fitness studios, racquetball, tennis, pool, an Olympic weight training area, golf simulator, cardio, free motion, and an advanced training center. I couldn't complain about anything...except that it's crowded. It's so crowded that I can't find parking sometimes and have to take a shuttle from a parking lot blocks away. So crowded that you wait for machines. In fact it's so crowded that I've had to wait to use the shower behind a queue of another handful of people. Maybe during the off-peak time (summer, fall) the crowds will fade. Until then, I'll try to use other Lifetime centers.

Cons: Horrible customer service, overpriced, and difficult to cancel. Same amenities at their lower level clubs. Have had shoes stolen and members of the opposite sex stroll through the locker rooms with no follow up by management. When you tell them you are looking to start a membership they are very quick to assist you, tell them you want to cancel and everyone is "busy". Pros: Morning classes are good.

Nice facility, I tried to cancel due to too many fee increases and they forced me to pay an additional $20 on top of my monthly fee. All I wanted was a consistent payment It's bad business to behave like this. In less than 3 years, my monthly bill had increased over $25 a month. Beware!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Save yourself hundreds (maybe thousands) of dollars. First, they don't understand that people have jobs. Why am I offered "free" nutrition appointments by Breanne Johnson, with times only during working hours? They want convenience for their staff and that's it. Second, they will put up a nice image at first just to throw all this marketing at you and get you for even hundreds of MORE dollars. Next, Matt Johnson doesn't follow up with any requests to find out more about the basketball hoops league. I tried with no success to get ANY information about a league which costs... yes... nearly a hundred dollars. (management confirmed with me that everyone dropped the ball in my case) Finally, the General Manager Kerry Sutherland is concerned with my request only when it comes to the point of me wanting to cancel my membership. I echo previous reviews that say it's incredibly difficult or perhaps a brick wall when it comes to trying to cancel a membership without getting charged hundreds of more dollars before you can even be free of Lifetime's corporate grip. (I was even offered a temporary free membership when I let them know I was going to express my opinion publicly) I turned it down. Lifetime Fitness, thank you for only following up and being concerned only when I want to stop paying. Last, Anthony is the only employee I've dealt with that has a great understanding of customer service and Lifetime would do themselves a favor by hiring more people like him.

I was a member of this club when it was still a Northwest Athletic Club and I think it is now a better place than it ever was in its Northwest days. Free towels, free secure lockers, great group fitness offerings and instructors (Katie, Marybeth, Molly, Bill, Heather and more!), wonderful places to hangout and work online or just chill, direct access to the Greenway and city lakes and they are even renovating their four squash courts! Yes, the parking can still be a drag at times, even with the new ramp, but that is a result of the incredible central location and the quality of the facilities, not the Lifetime organization. The constant corporate branding from the Lifetime system could also be dialed down a number of notches. However, nothing is without some flaws and in my opinion this location has very few. It is a great club and community and my family loves being members of it!

I've been a member since 2010 or 2011 and overall I have most definitely NOT been satisfied. They have bullshit price increases without any notice at all, the sales people are pretentious and basically douche bags. They make it a huge hassle to bring guests. The only thing I liked about this place are the classes, (THANK GOD FOR THE AMAZING INSTRUCTORS-Yay to Holly, Monica, Annie, Jason, EJ, and Heather C.) the LifeCafe and the shuttle service. Everyone basically walks around like they are Donald Trump and super full of themselves. Also, in attempt to cancel my membershit today I actually have to pay for NEXT month's membershit too. So I won't be free of this garbage gym until July 1st. I'm going to Corepower where everyone is actually NICE and the people that go there are a community and NICE as well. A place where wonderful customer service and genuine people exist. And I will be paying more at Corepower, but I don't mind bc I have been a member for the past month there and it's been GREAT!!!!!! Sorry but I'm NOT sorry for this review. #rantover

Due to health issue I needed to quit my membership last Spring. Every class I wanted to go to was over crowded to the point of inability to do moves properly (i.e. Yoga with weights) issues with quitting, and over the past year have received repeated offers to join with all fees waived. Now as I am planning to return and weighing my options with clubs, yoga studios, etc. I received a text message "Life Time Athletic just announced a HISTORIC joining offer for all Former Members. I called and it was the same offer, no fees. I asked why it was "HISTORIC" their emphasis...they said what were you expecting (none too nicely). I was told it was "just marketing"...Please lose my number. It did help me remove them from the list. Especially when I asked for a call back from a manager and did not receive one.
