Being a first time pet owner, I had no idea where to take my cats. After a personal recommendation and searching online, I decided on BRAC. From the first call to make the appointment to the end of my first visit, I was extremely impressed! The service, care and knowledge provided blew my expectations out of the water! Thank you Bri, Cindy, Stephanie and Dr. Sponsler for taking such good care of my furry family.

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience with this clinic. Our cat was extremely sick so we took her in here because they advertise a free examination for first time visitors. We were seen right away and informed that we need to spend $190 for x-rays to check and see of she ate something that she shouldn't have and had a blockage. The veterinarian then began discussing surgery with us. I asked if there were any alternatives and they told me that we could not pursue other options unless the x-rays were negative and we came back for follow up x-rays as sometimes "things dont always show up unless we give it time". We were then told that if we did not do all of this that our cat would die within the next day or two but that we could spend $60 to allow them to give her fluids amd nausea medicine, which we did. I absolutely refused to believe that my cat ate something. I informed them that i know my cat and she is just not that type of cat. She's too picky and high maintenance. I was told that I would be surprised. We left and took her to the Face Clinic and informed them of everything. They drew blood, gave her an antibiotic shot for a fever, proscribed us an antibiotic and said they would call us back with the results of the blood work. When they called late that evening they said she had an infection that would clear up with the antibiotic and to come back and get a pill for a parasite. No x-ray or surgery needed! Broad Ripple Animal Clinic was more concerned about making a quick chunk of money than saving our cat. We spent $130 at Face and received answers. Broad Ripple was estimating over $1200 for x-rays and surgery that weren't even necessary. By the time they would have found out what was wrong with my cat, she would have been dead. This place disgusts me and if you are looking to come here I would suggest you pursue other options.

With many moves in my dog's lifetime, we have been to several veterinarians. BRAC is by far the best we have ever had the privilege to meet! We've had several different team members help us in our various visits, but they have all been exceptional. They not only treat the animals with kindness, respect, and care (which, as an animal clinic is to be expected) but they go above and beyond for the humans, too. They are always willing to answer questions and never make me feel like what I am asking is too dull. I feel comfortable leaving my fur baby with them and trust them with his life.

while not the least expensive vets in town, i have always loved the service that we get from BRAC. their techs and vets, no matter the situation, are compassionate, thoughtful, and well trained. i have never doubted or questioned the care that my pets have received. my pets are very special to me, and i only trust BRAC for their care.

We recently had to put our cat of 15 years down. They made it very special. When we arrived we were immediately taken to a room with her name on a heart on the door. There was a candle in the room as well. The tech came in and we signed a consent to treat, then the vet came in and gave her a sedative to ease her pain. The sedative was a God-send. She drifted off within a few minutes. They don't gouge you with fees like other places do for this service and they were extremely caring and gave us as much time as we needed with her. You will love the caring team at BRAC. Their care is top-notch and they are willing to work with you.

I am so pleased with the care my dog and cats receive here! My vet is very knowledgable and likable, and tries to make the experience as positive as possible for my pets and myself. They also personalize care to pet personality and breed specific attributes.

I took my dog and cat there for two years before moving out of the area. I was always very happy with the service and the staff was always great with my fearful dog. My only complaint is that sometimes the wait to see the doctor for a routine appointment was quite long.
