Check out this past week's "MOVE OF THE WEEK". This #exercise   is #phenomenal   for developing #stability   in the elbow and shoulder joints, and #muscular   #endurance   in the forearms. It's one of my favorites that I use on a regular basis in my own programming. In order to rack the #kettlebell   in the inverted/bottom-up position, you must first know how to properly swing and clean the kettlebell. This movement is slightly advanced, so start light and work your way up.

Whatever it is that you want, is it worth putting off? If the answer is yes, then you don't want it badly enough. If the answer is no, then what are you waiting for?
