We worked with Steve at Oasis during our process of research, trying out and buying our spa. We ended up with the Bullfrog R600 series. Oasis did a great job of giving us all the information and things to think about when buying a spa. We spent a half hour in their tub trying different jets out. Steve was very patient, answered all our questions and helped us with decisions. There was never any pressure. We checked around and I thought the Bullfrog product fit our needs the best. The pricing ranges about like everyone else but I felt more secure buying from Oasis who have been around awhile. It's a big purchase and wanted to be able to work with people in person and not over the phone or internet. They have great setup people and walk you through the startup and they are there for those later questions. The spa gets used more then once a day and we have been very happy.

Steve is the best salesman and was very helpful with every stage, from sales to follow up phone questions after the tub was set up. There was no hard selling, no up-selling, no pushy follow up calls after our first visit to see what our hot tub options were. We soaked in all the tubs they had in the showroom, learning all the features of the various tub models. It was a very relaxing shopping experience! Steve only tried to help us understand what the best products were based on our needs. We looked at other showrooms in the Boston Metro area and they did not come close to the excellent experience we had at Oasis. It was well worth the drive to NH from the metro west suburbs. Steve's helpfulness alone would make me recommend Oasis to others and come back for chemicals, upgrades. He defines excellent customer service! The delivery crew was also great and they delivered the unit 4 weeks after we purchased it (exactly what we were told would happen). They had a hard time pushing the unit up our small hill, but we did it. My only regret is spending a few minutes together deciding which side to locate the cover and seating. We had the preconceived idea that we needed the panel door facing the house, but did not think too much about the seating views. Now that the unit is set up and running, in hindsite, we probably would have flipped the unit the other way to have the seats look the other way. The crew could have paused to ask this question, or even recommended a solution. They did ask which side we wanted the cover, but did not add their own ideas. They were very friendly, helpful, courteous, and fast.

Oasis is truly phenomenal. After visiting several local shops it was clear that this was the place to do business with. The show room was amazing and the selection was wonderful. The most amazing aspect though was the staff. We had the opportunity to talk with several employees from owner to technician and it was clear how genuine and passionate they all were about the customer experience. The knowledgeable staff worked with my wife and I to understand our needs and were top notch throughout the entire process. There is no other place I would recommend after all of my local experiences. It was truly a seamless process and we couldn't be more happy with our tub selection and above all our dealer choice. Thank you Oasis!

They couldn't have been nicer or provided better customer service. When we first looked at hot tubs we weren't quite ready to buy, and Tom very kindly kept us updated via email about sales and promotions. That's what prompted us to return before their big sale in September ended, and we got a great deal! They had already made a visit to our house months before to advise on how to get the tub placed on the back deck, and what we needed to have done to reinforce the deck. So when that sale came, we were ready to buy it! Everything is great, and they are happy to receive phone call questions as we were getting used to how to check the balance on the new salt system--which is soo easy to maintain. Great company, and very nice, understanding staff!

Oasis saved our Christmas. We purchased a hot tub online with a "less than reputable company". After months of being delayed and then being told it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas, we started to scramble. We made the drive to Oasis to see what they had in stock and if they could help us. They were amazing!!! There was no pressure to buy anything - they showed us what was available and gave us some suggestions. We wound up buying a 2014 Grandee NXT and we LOVE it. They moved heaven and earth and were able to deliver it to us the following week - just in time for Christmas. Although we spent more than we had planned to with the online company, the customer service more than made up for it. When I spoke to Tom the first time, he even said, "even if you don't buy from us - buy from a local company. Don't deal with online companies." Boy, was he right. I know that Oasis will be there to back up their product and help us with any problems we might have. We already have a Big Green Egg in our sights and will be heading back to see Tom and gang for that purchase.

As they say, nothing lasts forever. After thinking I had negotiated the price of a new hot tub cover to be delivered and installed to my existing lift carrier, I found I had been misled about the true discount I was receiving. When trying to get the numbers verified, I was ignored and told I didn't appreciate the value of the service I was receiving. I had been a happy and loyal customer for over six years, but this changed my opinion.

I visited Oasis in 2011 after researching for months and visiting other stores. From the first minutes we saw the experience there was different: no pushing sales, no downplaying of other products, just common sense and good advice. My site wasn't ready to accept a new hot tub until almost a year later, Steve from Oasis only sent a kind email asking if he could help. The contractor they recommended did a fabulous job, we went back to purchase and we were very pleased with the overall experience. Delivery was fantastic, very professional and they spent time with me to go over all the details of the hot tub and water maintenance. I went back to purchase some chemicals and talked with Steve again: his suggestions and tips were very helpful as usual, I never felt I was pressured to buy anything or that I couldn't spend more time there. As I said, I researched a lot of dealers and products and I was very pleased with what I found at Oasis Hot Tub and Sauna.

I bought a Hot Spot hot tub in 1999 from Oasis. I have been enjoying it continually since that time. Anytime I had a question a simple phone call to the folks at Oasis resolved the issue. I easily order all my stuff from them through the mail. As an interior painter for 20 years I can tell you that I am in much better shape getting in to the hot tub every single day. I swear the world would be a more peaceful place if everyone would/could relax for a little while every day in a tub of hot water. My tub is the smallest they had at the time, comfortable for two people, perfect for me and my partner. Easy to maintain. If you're thinking about getting one don't wait. You won't regret it.
