This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The one outlet in my room didn't even work. They don't provide alarm clocks and all the typical stuff every other hotel does. The stairway smelled of piss. The cleaning staff were also horrible. As I was getting dressed in the morning the cleaning lady just walked in, without knocking, and got the full show. It was also in the 90s at the beach and the elevators instead of having AC, as with most places, there was a desk fan in the corner screwed in the elevator. If you have a chance to go anywhere else please do this is not worth the money( $160 for a one bed efficiency)

Nothing opens until 9 am. Cant do laundry unless you do it at prime time when you should be doing swimming and surfing. Í have never stayed at a RESORT that didn't have laundry facility available on each floor available 24 hours per day. All guests do not sleep late. It may be vacation but things still have to be taken care of. Parking is horrible. Spaces are too small for anything bigger than a compact car. Unless, of course, you like your car doors beat up by someone else. Not enough pool space for the amount of guests. 15 floors of guests, approximately 50 pool deck chairs????? Maintenance had to come up and repair TV and broken stove burner. My family was located on the eighth floor. Nice view of the 7th floor sunbathing deck on the ocean side that prevented the view of the beach in front of the RESORT. (sarcasm) Yes, I could see the ocean but I can also see the ocean from the street. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again. Next time, we will go back to Patricia Grand.

Room 203 at the sea mark towers! Worst, nasty place ever! ROACHES EVERYWHERE...hole in our bathroom ceiling, fridge won't get cold, rugs are nasty, towels are nasty! The pictures online make it look great but it's not! Having to move hotels at 12 oclock at night with 3 kids is not how i wanted to start my vacation. The sea mark towers or caravelle will never get my money again!

I love the Caravelle. My stay was wonderful. The king efficiency was very nice and most importantly, very clean. I love the fact that it includes a kitchen. It gives the savvy vacationer the option to save $ (and is great for those who choose a healthier lifestyle). The hall's leading to the rooms are not esthetically appealing, but hey... your not sleeping out there so that is something that you can overlook. I also think the rates are phenomenal. I have to say that this was one of my most favorite vacations. It was relaxing and inexpensive I loved it. I will be staying in August and I look so forward to it!

Not the best place we've stayed, but my 3 year old enjoyed herself. Do not stay in the Towers. Disgusting... But for this being extremely last minute, i can't complain too much. You get what you pay for. Honestly only use to room to sleep and shower anyway. Pool area at resort is not too bad, plays loud music, pool side bar. Pirates cove, has good coffee. Resort gift shop way overpriced, and a young girl works there and lets her 1 year old roam the store all day. Go across street to bargain beachwear and you'll save at least 50%. Price to rent umbrellas on beach is ridiculous! $30/day. Again, went across the street to bargain beachwear and got the same size umbrella for $26.99 and got to use it several times and keep it.

Checking in was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. When I arrived to the hotel my room wasn't ready so I had to wait an extra hour. Normally I wouldn't mind, but this was a family vacation that included my husband and our two boys who are 3yrs and 7mos! Late check in, whatever, but then I stayed in a hotel that was "added" to the resort. So instead I stayed in St Johns Inn instead of the resort. So (1) late check in and (2) not the hotel I thought I purchased online. Finally strike out was arriving to my room (that I waited for) and it wasn't serviced!!! I am very unpleased with my stay. However once I received a new room, it was tolerable. Most of our day was spent on the Boardwalk, so be careful booking online! On a positive side we were walking distance from the beach and were allowed access to all the pools across the multiple lots.

The condo was great. Very kid friendly. Had lots of activities for the kids. There was a parking garage. Stayed June 2015 for a week. This was my first vacation to Myrtle beach. Very close to great restaurants. There is a indoor pool on the 7th floor. Lots of swimming can be done at this condo.
