8 WEEK WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM:

For those who want to change their lifestyle, lose weight, and stop yo-yo dieting once and for all. This 8 week program will help you gain control over your eating, cravings and health. The plan includes an initial one hour consultation where your eating habits and body composition will be assessed and your needs addressed. We will meet once a week for 30 minutes for weigh-in, food journal review and goal evaluation. This program includes unlimited phone and email contact. Recipes, essential weight loss guidelines, grocery lists and restaurant tips will be provided.
