The 15 page motion by Kirk Nurmi yesterday reveals that Detective Flores (who is now in the "media department" of Mesa PD) deliberately destroyed exculpatory evidence by having Travis Alexander's computer files showing visits to 1,000's of porn sites, including child porn sites, deleted.  The corruption and misconduct in this case is of epic proportions.  Just as I have said all along....

+Sandra Webber Did I read wrong on another blog that you actually contacted Tanisha, Travis's sister? May I ask why you would do such a thing? Don't you think they've been through enough? Please explain to me your motive in contacting her. I know you don't have to, but I would really like to know. That is going far and beyond a blogger for truth as you claim you are, so surely you had a reason for doing something like that. What do you think about this +NaturalBorn Scorpio

Mr. ToersBigns, you said: "Although far fetched and not applicable in this case, there have been documented cases in AZ where local law officials did protect the Mormon religion to avoid embarrassment and other political ramifications." What does "not applicable mean?  And can you share some of the other cases?  Thanks.

Dave Hall, "Goblin Toppler", one of the many so-called  "best friends" of Travis Alexander, similar to George Zimmerman in my view, just can't keep his pie hole shut, can he?

Funny how the article says, "if we were given a shoe...."  No.  But in the Jodi Arias case, there was a shoe print, and apparently, no analysis whatsoever done on it.  Even crime lab tech quoted in this article can't help but make a "Freudian slip"....

I know that case. You had 3 young black men who were scared and being bullied by the detectives into confessing to this crime, which they did. The difference is, Sandra, there was no evidence even placing these 3 guys anywhere near the seen of the crime. Very big difference, there's a shitload of evidence in Jodi's case, so it won't end that way.

Just an update to an update.....And to clear up the latest cyber bully rumor!
*UPDATE TO ALL PREVIOUS UPDATES: Below was another experiment I tried in exposing just how far haters and bullies were willing to go if it required more than rapping and tapping on their keyboards.  I proved my point.  They ...

The back story  is that there are other websites out there collecting money, allegedly on Jodi's behalf, but that neither Jodi, her family, or her lawyers approve of or endorse.  Seems to me this video is yet another effort (there have been posts and tweets trying to clear this up) to alert the public and those who might want to give towards Jodi's appeal efforts, to the family  and attorney endorsed website. Scam websites are easily created and this video shows that Jodi's family does not wish for members of the public to be ripped off by any of them.

+Sandra Webber I'm not sure what you're trying to say here.  It's a bit confusing.  But I will try to see if I understand your POV.  You believe that there are "fake" websites, etc., asking for $$$ for JA and that this is one of them?  They ask for $$$ in this video and are clear about where it will go and who it is for, etc.  That having been said, it is irrelevant whether there are "fake" websites, etc., trying to garner more $$$ for a convicted murderer.  The fact is these people did ask for $$$, and as a bonus, they would like an overturned verdict.  +fishface123ism Check it out FF!  Will send you PM....Wonder

Why did Juan not say "Did I ask you, Ma'm, if it took you a very long time to review these records???!! "  Ahh.......I see a possible explanation for the discrepancy! Teflon Juan may have to find another "Perry Mason moment"!

Please take a look at Casandra's twitter account.  Then maybe at her record on Maricopa County court records.  I'm pretty sure she'll be filing an injunction against me soon, as she has started to see me as some sort of stepping stone to the fame she craves. She also filed an injunction against Barack Obama....

Maybe she doesn't like Obama and filed something on him. Who cares? Plenty of people don't like him. Eh, he's just as good as the rest were.

Nicely put together, Richard.  Such a gaping oversight, in my opinion, not to have reamed Dr. Horn and Juan Martinez, new, well... I'll call them "pie holes", so as not to be too crass.  Once again, more questions that lead me to "why?"

I'm glad this guy wrote this.  Sums up a fair amount of my excuses for not writing more.
They really do admire your work, just not enough to pay one cent for it.

+Sandra Webber My father is 78 years old, and if I were in fear for my life i wouldn't hesitate to ask him for one of his guns. That is, if I wanted it for protection. And he wouldn't hesitate to give me one. What's the big deal. Now if I were wanting a gun to lets say (kill somebody) no, I would not ask him for it.
