We went to the Frank's theater in the Inlet Square Mall in Murrells Inlet, SC. I have never been in such a dirty, sloppy, and poorly run theater in my life. First of all, you have to stand in line at the concession counter along with all the people who are buying food, just to buy your tickets. There were spilled drinks, popcorn and various and sundry food items strewn all over the counter and floor. When I mentioned the mess to the person behind the counter, her reply was "It's been a busy day". It was only 4:30 on a Monday! I would never buy anything to eat from them. In addition, there were cartons (waiting to be unpacked, I suppose) piled up at least 7 ft. tall in the same area as the food. Secondly, when we got to our seats, there were cups (1/2 filled) in the cup holder, popcorn boxes and popcorn all over the floor. Moving on to the bathrooms, they were disgusting. I will never go back there, even though it is close to my home. I hope you owners of this theater are paying attention to these reviews. That place needs a serious overhaul!

Tonight we took our 4 children to see Inside Out. The lights were never dimmed in the theater. It was really distracting. Also, they said a new company policy prevented them from giving the courtesy popcorn trays. So instead of buying one large popcorn and drink for the family to share....they wanted us to purchase individual snack trays for the kids which were much more expensive. All in all, we spent over 60 dollars and felt like the experience just wasn't worth it. We won't be back to this theater.

Was very happy to get something into our shut-down mall but the prices-yikes! They are right over the Horry county line it shoots the tax way up and the prices in there are nuts!!? One evening game of bowling (5pm) for me and my kiddo 17 bucks with shoes, she loves the arcade but I have to delve out at least 30$ a pop every time we go and it flies most of the arcade games are short and pricey .75-1.00 each play-really? Give us locals a break a least with an I.D.? Most kids (and parents like me) can't afford to hang out at a place like this long; how about we give the kids a better discounted local alternative as well instead of going out and getting into trouble elsewhere? More is less! and... yes the popcorn is pretty crappy!

The theatres are nice and seats comfortable but they are not family friendly. If your kids don't drink soda you are out of luck. Even after $40 In tix and popcorn, a 6 oz cup to fill at the drinking fountain is too much to ask. We'll take our business to Market Square.

The movie theater was great, the staff were nice, and there was a nice ambiance. However the popcorn tasted stale and the hallways leading to the theaters smelled like a restroom. Other than that I would still definitely go back.
