How to Build Your Platform in 30 Minutes a Day: of course, this is the catchy title that all will want to believe it is a miracle recipe they absolutely have to learn. But the reality is that this episode is actually packed with a really sound strategy to allow you to manage your social media presence in a very efficient way that will work miracles towards your tribe, the trust you build with your followers and all that allows you to promote good content that matters to you, including your own content.

And if you have ever dismissed social media as an infinite vortex of distraction, this should dispel the myth and give you excellent ideas on the tools and tactics that should allow to overcome the overwhelm once and for all.

Gotta love +Michael Hyatt  , as always! (and +Michele Cushatt  , as an endearing co-host of course!)

Listen to your own sense of direction: mine today is telling me to turn away from the straight line. It may feel scary at times.

Today, we had a conversation with my mom ~ 87 year old ~ and talking of the mountains of books that are filling her apartment. She wants to empty it because she is thinking of the "after", the time when she is gone and she does not want to bother her children with all the useless possessions that clutter a filled apartment.

I told her that there certainly were some beautiful books we would cherish and want to keep, but certainly all the soft cover books could go to recycling. Not that I do not like reading paper books, I do, but who has the room nowadays?

I look at my sons. They never seem to want to buy a book.

I still read books, I still feel I get a better feel when I can hold a book and turn pages and smell pages, and feel the weight in my hands. But I do it less and less. I find that I see not as well and wish I could increase the font depending on where I am reading, depending on the light or my being more or less tired. And I can always do this on my computer. So I tend to read more and more on the computer.

Maybe this is how the books are all going to end up? as epub files?

Let me build Your tabernacle
With my own hands
So that Your glory
Will dwell with us
Once again.

I will build a sanctuary
In the space between my heart and my soul,
Clearing the residue of sorrow and misdeeds,
Making a place for Your covenant,
Your wisdom and Your truth,
To rest in me.

Come, my people,
Shake off your slumber.
Shake off your despair.
G-d’s majesty waits only for an invitation.

Let your days be the woven fabric of love.
Let your life be the golden lamp of peace.
Together, we will become
The staves and the planks,
The walls, the curtain and the table,
Each one of us a pillar,
A sacred congregation,
A faithful assembly,
In service to G-d’s Holy Name.

The inspiration for “Just Breathe” first came about a little over a year ago when the author overheard her then 5-year-old son talking with his friend about how emotions affect different regions of the brain, and how to calm down by taking deep breaths — all things they were beginning to learn in Kindergarten at their new school, Citizens of the World Charter School, in Mar Vista, CA.

The film is entirely unscripted – what the kids say is based purely on their own neuro-scientific understanding of difficult emotions, and how they cope through breathing and meditation. They, in turn, are teaching us all ...

Rising Tide is a franchisable conveyorized car wash dedicated to providing employment for people with autism. An interesting franchise model to give familes affected by autism the ability to secure employment for their individual with autism, and many others like them, without the need for business expertise. Was featured on "Like A Boss" which is giving it a very nice visibility! Sharing it here, with the warning that there are some emotional segments for those who are connected to the autism world.

The increasingly integrated nature of the Web means that things are never going to be as simple and clear-cut as they used to be. We’re all going to have to explore new marketing channels and continue to measure different metrics as the Web and user behavior evolves.

This article insists on the need to create relevant and smart content, and gives ways to increase results without even thinking about SEO.

These are ten phrases that I have heard over and over said by a multitude of very well intended acquaintances when I have confided in being a sufferer from a mental illness.

It is very hard to explain how detrimental it is when you are in the midst of a depressive episode to hear those who mean well and harm you more deeply than they would have ever wanted.

I believe it is incumbent to those who do not "understand" to learn and try to be mindful of their words and attitude and definitely accept to be powerless but compassionate. It is not easy. It is not saying that their own emotions might be very triggered in the presence of someone suffering. We all do have issues but we are all responsible for not making our neighbors' ones worse because of what we say to them.

+Laurence Furic These people tell you these phrases, chanting them as mantras, because they live in a world of instant messaging, instant meals, & instant cures. Pop a pill, cure your ill, pay the bill... until your illness recurs or becomes morbid.

These other people in your life do not need to tolerate your emotional problems. They can just dismiss you with a curt statement, then get on with their lives. You just get sent to every psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, prescribing physician, and drug pusher until you are sent to oblivion. You have to live with your problems, & they don't.

I'll cite an example of how depression can be controlled without much drug or psycho- therapy. Maestro Otto Klemperer had major battles with manic depression which were only controlled when he was playing music or conducting orchestras, one of which he turned into a world-class orchestra from a band of jobbers. Perhaps you should try to work a paid job where your strengths and interests are, to help control your depressive episodes.

Remember, doctors exist to separate your money from your wallet and your life from your body, both very slowly. I hope this helps guide you. God love you!

Go To Webinar does not work well with a mac for the recording. Any other good options?
