I started at SGT Peterson's Boot Camp a month ago. Since I started I have had 8 sessions. I came to SGT Peterson's with a recurring shoulder injury from my work with children. Since I started with working with my trainer, Tim, I have had minimal shoulder pain. He has done an amazing job of helping me stretch and learn corrective exercises. In addition, I have been able to get on board with a great nutrition plan and work regimen. The staff at SGT Peterson’s has never made me feel dumb or bad about myself. The trainers work hard to build rapport, develop healthy habits with you and encourage you to be your best. Working with the team at SGT Peterson's has helped me to feel more empowered about my health, increase my confidence in working out and help alleviate intense shoulder pain. I would high recommend SGT Peterson's to anyone looking for a non-judgmental, encouraging workout environment. Great job, guys!

I walked into SGT Peterson's six weeks ago and have loved every second of my workouts there since I started. The trainers pay attention and know what they're doing. This should be standard at any gym, but it isn't, and getting some expert feedback is key to pushing yourself to your absolute limits without injury. Each workout, the trainers have helped me improve my form, technique, and reps; and it's starting to show. I'm totally sold. I'll be working out with these guys for a long time.

I've always been very discouraged due to the fact that no matter how many marathons I've ran, my weight has always stayed the same. Once I started working out at Sgt. Peterson's, I realized that I really wasn't "in shape" because I had no muscles and was easily fatigued with even a couple push-ups. Fast forward a couple of months and I FINALLY see a difference. My clothes are looser, my running has improved (knocked off a whole minute!) and overall I feel much happier! The trainers here are incredibly nice and motivating. I don't feel intimidated (like I have at other clubs) when I step into class. They challenge you, help you, and make you feel welcomed. I love it and highly recommend Sgt. Peterson's!

I have two comments to share. First, I started working out at Sgt Peterson's with a recurring shoulder injury and some lingering intercostal issues. Tim (Sgt Peterson) helped me work through my shoulder issues for a couple of weeks before I started boot camp. This helped me to be able to release tension and strengthen my shoulders. I was then able to work through bootcamp with very minimal shoulder issues. I went from barely being able to do a few push-ups because of shoulder pain to being able to do push-ups non-stop as part of the bootcamp program. The second comment is about the quality of the bootcamp program. As with any workout, you get out what you put in. However, the trainers at Sgt Peterson's do a great job of pushing you and keeping workouts fresh and challenging. They also help you achieve better form to maximize results. After completing five weeks of bootcamp, I was getting into very good shape. Unfortunately, I had a biking accident and had to take a couple months off. I'm now back at it and trying the Top Gun performance training.

SGT Peters has a great atmosphere, energy and staff. The trainers are fun, professional and make every workout count. Using a variety of exercises and cardio they really make you push yourself and give it your all. I'd definitely recommend SGT Petersons to anyone looking to have fun while they get into shape.

I work with college ahtletes every day and I'll tell you that Tim and the Staff at SGT. Peterson's work you like a top athlete. The price is right and time is well spent. I have lost 12LBS in 13 visits and my eatting habits have improved. I sleep better and have a ton more energy. My Girl friend loves my shape. I'm 50+ years old and I keep up with the younger Boot camp members. Tim and the Crew work you hard, work right and work you nice. Jay-Bee
