Lives in O'Fallon MO
I grew up visiting the St. Louis Zoo. I didn't grow up with a camera in my hands. One of my many jobs as a teen was for a camera repairman, cleaning the ones he had just worked on. Pretty soon as I cleaned, I became increasingly interested in the device I was shining up. Nate noticed my growing interest, and one day he gave me an Argus that no one had returned to claim. That was the beginning. Where did I go with my camera? To the Zoo, of course. I'm still going there, at least on days when I think the animals will have their greatest interest in life. Much has changed since those early days. My cameras have gotten better, I've become better, and the Zoo has grown spectacularly. And that's a great combo.
Well look who it is here! And I just saw this one year after you wrote it. Still teaching and loving it. Still wanting to take pictures but haven't been out in a while. You're still good looking as ever, and I haven't forgotten you. I haven't found anyone, and I've not been found either. How about you? What are you doing lately? I'm happy to see that you wrote.
