Hi Crystal, I'm sorry you're upset. I've researched your case.
Ok, here goes...
There are differences between the way some (asian) shops do nails and the way they're supposed to be done.
A lot of those shops use extremely powerful but very harsh dental acrylic with illegal mma monomer -- it's cement really -- which is banned in most states.
It's so strong it’s used in concrete and as cement in hip replacements (read more at the following link, but don't look at the pictures if you've recently eaten ... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2909292/How-safe-manicure-budget-nail-salons-using-substance-strong-s-BANNED-US.html).
I know you work hard for a living and you've probably appreciated how well those other ''cemented on'' nails stood up over time but, suffice it to say, you really don't want that stuff on your nails Crystal! Please - trust me! :)
If you'd like like to discuss this more with either myself or Shannon, your nail tech, please give us a call, 465-5525. We really do care about you and all our clients and want you to be happy with your nails and for them to look great, but I promise you (your nails) don't want to go back to the way you were getting them done before.
