Well, the second half of this week definitely outperformed the first. Jack Whitehall and this lovely feline both feature.

Don't want to have the long run hanging over you all weekend? Do it on Friday evening! (Then drinks lots of gin and eat quesadillas).

Back to piling on the miles (as well as the pounds; but it was worth it!).
Champagne of an evening; running of a morning. Living the dream my friends!

A hot date, and....I RAN INTO WORK!

Right, we're almost at arse kicking time. I WILL run into work tomorrow.
I haven't run since Saturday, and am just creeping into the "am I still even a runner?" pit of despair. Does this happen to everyone?

On the plus side, I got a free breakfast - and they spelled my name right.

A slow start to the week (and a free breakfast!)

This already feels like ages ago :(
(Only 12 days until I can wear my Christmas pudding hat again though - wooo!).
What an amazing weekend of novelty hats, spy time-challenge games, wine and espresso martinis.

Bravo Edinburgh. Bravo.

Fun in Edinburgh

It's so warm in London it's hard to believe winter is almost here. An evening in an Alpine-themed pop-up restaurant helped though...

Will run for fondue

Cycling vs. Running - how does the heart rate monitor data rank them? Clearly, all else being equal, running is harder - but twice as hard? Three times as hard?

The results surprised me!

I somehow ran at 85% effort for 8 miles last night. I am very surprised as it didn't feel especially hard.
