Worked up a sweat in the gym?
Time for this muscle protecting smoothie. A recent study in Medicine & Science journal found that raspberries contain phytochemicals which can help your muscles against exercise induced damage and inflammation.

What you need:
1 tbsp Linwoods Milled Chia
85g raspberries
150ml skimmed milk (or Linwoods 1% fat milk)
½ banana
100g 0% fat greek yoghurt
1 tbsp clear honey

Have you tried #flaxseed in bread? One of our lovely customers has shared this recipe:
1ts rapid bread machine yeast
350g strong white flour,
250g spelt,
50g malt flour
1 large ts Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame seed & Goji Berry
1/4 ts paprica
1/4 ts black pepper
1 ts salt
15g olive oil
320fl oz water
Blend together and put on number 8 (On a Panasonic)
