Gary Oldman rocks. That is all.

Yeah, some people just need to focus on doing one thing really well instead of several things really mediocre-like. Take athletes that take up acting (cough Shaq cough). Well take it from famous actor Gary Oldman...this message needs to be spread to the rest of the world. :)

Wow - love this!

Hey +Jaymi Heimbuch - seen this?

The incredible entrepreneurial story of BorrowLenses.com

The +Google+ Photographer's Conference is tomorrow in San Francisco. So, to prepare, I visited +BorrowLenses.com where +Jim Goldstein gave us a great tour. We walked through row-after-row of expensive camera lenses, bodies, video equipment, and more -- all that you can rent from your Web browser -- they ship anywhere in the United States.

Did you know that BorrowLenses.com now has a big warehouse of camera and video equipment that it rents out everyday? We see inside their San Carlos, CA-based venture, but then we meet one of the co-founders, Max Shevyakov, who tells us about starting the company with some credit cards out of their house. No venture capital and it's an incredible story.

Borrow your lenses from anywhere in the United States at http://www.borrowlenses.com/

Thanks Jim for the fun tour and a look behind this Google+ favorite business!

Cool -- I haven't seen the video yet. BorrowLenses is a pretty amazing resource. I went through them for my Midway trip and will be going through them again for my Alaska trip. So awesome. :)

It's bicycle day in my boys' school today - all the kids bring their bikes and they go for a long (supervised) ride! What a cool school!

This is one of the most haunting and disturbing pieces I have ever read.

As Mark Little said when he linked to it on Twitter - This story just grabs you and doesn't let go

I signed up for Clipboard.com yesterday and I really like it - Robert Scoble interviews the founder in this video and it's a great way to see all the great functionality of Clipboard

Is Clipboard easy enough curation? Or will Pinterest win over more power?

A new version of +Clipboard shipped this morning to wide press acclaim. Here I spend some time with founder +Gary Flake and get a good look.

Isn't this something that you wish Google+ allowed you to do?

You gotta see the demo to see exactly how powerful that Clipboard is. By the way, I'm starting one up tonight and will be using it to grab things from the web to put on my various public boards.

How about you? Does this interest you? Will it get you to share stuff in a way that Google+ won't? Finally, does it have a chance against other curation sites like +Storify or +Pinterest?

I wonder how long it will be before +Vic Gundotra (the guy who runs Google+) either buys Clipboard or brings some of its curation ideas into here?

8mb down and less than 500kb up - this is what passes for broadband in Spain. In 2012. Hang your heads in shame Telefonica.

I'll make you jealous when I'm at the NSC next week ... 40 M up and down. At home I get up to 25 MB down and 2 MB up with UPC although it seems to be only 8 MB / 2 MB right now.

Seriously?

The country is in the crapper, millions of people are unemployed or emigrating, and this pillock is off spending tens of thousands of Euros so he can go shooting elephants?

Why would anyone want to shoot such beautiful animals? Oh yeah, maybe 'cos they're so big, you can hardly miss them?

Moron.
