We're sorry to see you rate us so low. We try to communicate what we offer or don't offer in various ways and at various times: on our website, in our booking confirmation letter, during live interactions, etc. Yet, It seems that despite our best efforts, you had certain false expectations or simply misunderstandings.
For example, we always serve large pizza. We don't make them, rather have them catered by reputable nationwide pizza franchise that makes all pizza to standard large size; we are puzzled that you claim to have received small ones.
As to drinks, all our packages include soda for the kids; we serve water only if you order it.
Our games in both play rooms are popular with kids ages 2 and up. Couple games can be somewhat challenging to younger kids, but our staff helps out little ones. We also allow parents to help out, especially some kids prefer that over being helped by a stranger,. We don't charge adults unless they actively play beyond merely helping out their little ones.
As to the walls peeling off, this place is 10 years old, and so it may not quite look like a brand new facility despite our regular maintenance, A wall peeling off a little but not noticed and remedied until the time for next scheduled maintenance hardly detracts from the overall fun that this place is known for. By the way, we just renovated the entire place with new out-of-the-world design and colorful paint.
Friendliness of the staff is subjective. As a service business that's been around since 2005, we understand the value of a friendly staff. We train them to be and to do their best. They seldom disapoint, as reflected by generous tips left by most of our customers. We're sorry if your experience was not quite the same.
