Machining Concepts, Inc. was founded in 1995 to satisfy a market need by medium to large manufacturing companies for an engineering partnership arrangement with a precision machining company.

With our high skill base and breadth of experience, we are capable of producing a machining process for a prototype or existing design resulting in consistent quality, reduced cost and improved delivery times to meet customers' most demanding needs.

Our Cedarburg, Wisconsin, facility produces a full range of precision-machined products using high quality CNC machines and cell manufacturing techniques. We are located approximately 20 miles north of downtown Milwaukee and have a modern manufacturing facility with good road links and space for further development and expansion.

Our work force is highly skilled, stable, and represents many years of experience. We are proud of our record of providing and maintaining high quality (in both product and service) to our customers. We accomplish this through a documented quality system, and use of the latest technology in cutting tools and machine tools.

We are proud of our record of providing and maintaining high quality in both product and service to its customers. This is accomplished through a tight product quality assurance program to guarantee specification, conformance and reliability. The quality program is controlled from production, inspection and distribution of their products to agreed delivery schedules.

Our use of specialized computer software to evaluate customer requirements across a spectrum of design options often leads to improved products at reduced prices. Our computer aided manufacturing and broad range of metal processing machinery further enable a solution to be value engineered and cost effective, without sacrificing quality and fitness for the intended application.

We supports our design and manufacturing capability by our strong partnership with selected metal suppliers, heat treatment and coating service providers enabling a complete auditable service where application performance, delivery, and product cost can be matched to each application.

An essential requirement of our mission to continually improve our customer service performance is the installation of a quality control system registered to ISO 9001:2000.

ISO 9001:2000 is an international standard designed to provide companies and organizations with a common approach to applying a Quality Management System. Being certified to ISO 9001:2000 assures the customer that we have developed a sound, systematic approach to business, and that processes are in place to ensure quality is included in every product we manufacture.

Machining Concepts, Inc. is committed to the following principles:
- We will meet and strive to exceed our customer’s requirements.
- We will seek to continuously improve our products, processes, and the effectiveness of our quality management system.
