I agree to a considerable extent that whatever the customer says is correct. Gandhiji says that treat your customers as God. We should see that our customers do not face any problem while using our products and services. Because if they face, then it is we who are at fault.

promotion should be done without degrading the competition because your product/service in one or another why will be a bit on a lower side in comparison with your competitors product/service. And from here it starts promotions which doesn't promote their products but degrades its competitors.
