The chicken in our tacos was a little undercooked. My girlfriend was pregnant at the time so I didn't want to take any chances and I notified the waitress. She gladly had the chefs remake our order. The replacement tacos came out with well cooked chicken with the exception to one, blackened piece of raw chicken strategically placed in the middle of the taco. Needless to say, I was pissed and they didn't charge us for the meal, but I still regret not taking my fist to the chef's face. This was over a year ago, but it wasn't until a recent event at a different restaurant that I remembered to post a review.

I was searching for a new place to eat lunch and found this gem. My husband had the jambalaya pasta. It was so good, we went back two days later and ordered the same thing. There was a nice variety of salads and sandwiches. We went for dinner on a Friday night. The place was full but we waited less than 5 minutes before getting a table. The cocktails were tasty too.

My boyfriend and I went in right as happy hour was starting for a late lunch/early dinner. There were about six tables that had people sitting at them and, a little less as we were leaving (the point is, they weren't busy). We sat down and before we could even pick up a menu, a woman rushed over and was asking us what we wanted to drink. My boyfriend ordered the same beer he always orders and I ordered water because I didn't even have time to locate the drink menu before she came over. After she took our drink order, we looked through the food menu. Right as we decided what we wanted to eat, she was back at the table asking us what we wanted. We ordered and she rushed off and I picked up the drink menu to decide what I wanted. Keep in mind, we were sitting AT the bar. I thought she was rushing around because she was super busy but, as we were waiting on food and I was waiting for SOMEONE to realize that we were at the bar during happy hour and might need drinks, I noticed that she was spending all of her time at a table of three men who seemed to be flirting. She was neglecting all of her tables for the one and, when she would go around to the rest, she was on the verge of running and rushing them all. Our food was brought out by the hostess, not even our waitress and, by that point, I wasn't interested in a drink anymore because the meal was already there. No one came to check on the food or my boyfriend's beer situation, we didn't see anyone until more than 10 minutes after we had finished our meal. The food was fine, the fries were good and the burger could have been worse. The bottom bun was 100% uneatable, it was completely soaked through with grease and just fell into a mushy pile on the plate when I picked it up. Luckily, that was an easy fix, if it wouldn't have been, I wouldn't have seen anyone until my boyfriend was done with his meal and ready to go. Luckily, he's super easy to please and was in charge of the bill. The only tip she would have gotten from me would have been a handwritten note letting her know that when people are sitting at a bar during happy hour, you should at the very least check on and follow up with drink orders. Next time I should just bring in a group of seemingly single men to sit with us and maybe we'll get service that isn't completely pathetic. I could understand lack of service when you're short handed and very busy but they were adequately staffed, she just didn't care. They should really take a look a their staff, especially the ones directly in charge of customer service. I live right across the road and I wont be back, I can find "okay" food at plenty of places around here that actually have staff that pay attention to you no matter what they think they'll get out of your table.

Food is good. Large selection of craft beers on tap. Great bar. My choice is Mama's Meatloaf with Iced Tea and a beer.

Awesome food!! Everything is great (with *sometimes* the exception of the seasonal vegetables)! They're is one server "Ben-Jamin" who is the absolute worst, but we avoid his section, the other servers know he is terrible, and always have a wonderful time.

Many similarities to Azul in Mill Creek, as they're under the same ownership. Good happy hour menu, and they serve breakfast.
