The service associates that work there are always friendly and accommodating, I'm just not happy with all the service that I have had to put into my vehicle after only having it for 18 months, like brakes, rotors, pads (front and back), tires (only put on 25,000 miles since I owned it), fan motor, a/c fixed, drivers side window motor and some other things. I have spent over $2000 already, so I feel that I got a lemon instead of a certified vehicle. I never bought a vehicle that needed that much work in such little time, no wonder why it was turned back in by the previous owner. The service associates are great, the product you are selling is not, so it would be hard to recommend the dealership to someone unless they definitely bought only new and not certified. to me, for the money I spent, it was new. If I knew I was going to put that much money into it, I could have bought used a lot cheaper somewhere else, not feeling the love.

We bought our second vehicle from T&T Coast last week. Our experience was great. Chris Caputo our dealer and Tim Dune the owner were extremely helpful with the situation we were in. We needed to lower our payments due to impending medical bills for our son. Our situation was not an easy one for them to work with, but they took it on anyway. They did an amazing job getting us the best deal and car for our family. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere with genuine sales & service people, T&T is the place for you.

I walked in hoping to get an oil change and tire rotation and I was greeted by STEVEN TIMPANARO in the service department who was very friendly and accommodating. In about 45 min, I was back in the drivers seat. I really appreciated the quick turnaround service, especially on the Columbus holiday when I figured it would be too busy to fit me in. Thank you Steve and T&TCoast. Nice renovations too!

I bought a 2009 Denali from the folks at T&T. During my ownership we had some issue with the front differential. It kept whinning and after a rebuild and a replacement, the issue never really went away. When discussing the problem with a friend, he asked me if I had two different sized tires on the car. According to my friend, this might be the cause of the problem. T&T did replace a tire a few months prior to me having this problem. I found out that all of my tires had at least 20000 more miles than the new tire. One of my tires with 20,000 miles was exchanged by the dealership after a gash was inflicted in the side wall while at their dealership. They replaced the tire, NO CHARGE. I asked the owner Tom if he ever heard of anything about different sized tires and he confirmed that having different tires tires can affect the differential. He ordered the service manager not only to give me 4 new tires, but gave me a brand new set of chrome rims as well! Over the top service is what I received!!

I would highly recommend Anthony Sosa! My husband & I went to T&T Coast Buick looking for a used Acadia. When we arrived we dealt with Anthony Sosa. He was very friendly and knowledgable. Every question we asked was answered honestly and professionally. Since we were buying used we were very concerned that this vehicle was going to be safe since we are expecting our first child. He reassured us that we were purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle with an excellent warranty and that any concerns we had that the Service Dept. would be available to help us at any time. He was not pushy at all like some sales people are; which was very nice. He let us talk and make the decision ourselves. He was professional, honest, and was fair. It was the first time I felt at ease when purchasing a vehicle. We bought the Acadia and are very happy we did. Thanks again Anthony for all your help!!! I highly recommend this dealership!!!!

Buyer Beware In November 2013 I purchased a 2005 Chevy Equinox from this dealership. Within 10 days, the sunroof leaked, causing major computer difficulties. I could not even drive the car. While the dealership was "kind" enough to dry everything out and put the seal "on properly," I still had to pay a portion for this repair, even though it was clearly one of the many things not checked before putting this car for sale. That's the first $500 in additional fees I incurred, including the tow to get it back to the dealership. I also was given a loaner car during this time. A week or so after finally getting my car back, I had trouble getting heat. The heater was blowing barely warm air, then just cold air. Back to the dealership for the coolant to be flushed and new coolant added. The heater worked for about 2 more weeks. After pulling out of my driveway, I noticed a puddle under my car. The culprit; coolant was leaking. The water pump was faulty. I had the water pump replaced at a private mechanic, hoping all my problems would be solved. The car was running well but I still could not get heat. My father and fiancé were able to flush the coolant numerous times and refill it so I would have heat for a day or 2. Then the overheating starting. First, just while idling. Then eventually, overheating even when accelerating. A new thermostat did not help, nor did taking out the thermostat. While researching all these symptoms and baffling a few mechanics, it seemed the obvious answer was a blown head gasket. But no white smoke, water in the oil, or oil in the coolant. But after an additional flushing of the coolant system (probably the 6th time in total), upon starting the car, I noticed huge plumes of white smoke. And behold, water in the oil. The point of this review is to express how wrong it was that your dealership did not notice, or are perhaps the ones responsible, for putting a sealant in the coolant to hide the blown head gaskets. While these fixes generally last a few months, they ruin other working elements of the car. Hence the water pump. Now I have a car for 6 months that I have not even driven over 200 miles and has been sitting in front of my house for the past 2 and half months so I could save the amount of money needed to fix this. I do not understand their inspection process, but clearly this car was not looked over. I should have knew something was up when the coolant was clumpy, not with oil, even though the car fax states it was just flushed and drained. I understand why this was sold "as is." Instead of turning down the double payment it would have cost for the warranty, I should have bought a brand new vehicle. I have the accept the fact that I did purchase a lemon and turned down the warranty, but this dealership should be ashamed of themselves. They are a GM dealer and would have received the bulletins pertaining the issue with this specific engine and head gasket problems. Do not ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership without getting a warranty, because you will need it. Update: The mechanic did confirm that blue devil was put into the system. Not sure if it was the previous owner, or the dealership. 110 point inspection clearly isn't what they make it out to be.

Stan at T&T Coast is an outstanding salesman, who goes above and beyond to help his customers. I have purchased several cars from Stan, who has found me a great vehicle at a great price every time. The sales department is helpful and courteous. My schedule is very busy, and they always work with me to get the work done within a day. Recently, my daughter had a tail light out on her way to her driving road test. We ran to T&T, where they stopped everything to get the light changed quickly so she would not miss her test (she passed!).

In regards to my 2013 GMC Terrain SLT-1 I live in Staten Island, NY and am a proud veteran, I was told of T & T Coast through a friend the they support our troops and service is second to none. For those that do not know, Staten island and T & T Coast are over an hour apart, however from the first day working with Mr. Tim Dunne, and Dominic Bavaro my experience has been nothing but astonishing!! from my purchase all the way to a follow up call after hurricane Sandy from Dominic knowing that we were in the area that had been hit.... all the way to the service center. Bottom line I drive an hour away for an oil change simply because of the service!!! 10 out of 10 stars from me!!!

Anthony Sosa ensured our car buying experience was excellent! We were looking for a new/used 2011 Acadia and Anthony showed us numerous vehicles and options that were well within our budget. There were no hidden fees or cost; he was honest and worked with us to find the best deal for what we wanted. I will definitely be going back to T&T Coast and working with Anthony when purchasing our next vehicle!
