If you don't want a prescription filled for a life threatening illness for your child because you didn't get your last refill at a walgreens then this is the place for you. I spoke to a woman who claimed to be the manager by the name of Paula. She was extremely inconsiderate and blatantly rude for the entire conversation. When she answered the phone she wouldn't even say her name until I asked for it twice! I needed a refill for my little Cody, I had been getting it for over a year at Walgreens with only a few minor issues, however I recently moved and had the last prescription filled at a different pharmacy. When I went to get a refill on the prescription, at my new local walgreens I was denied, even with the script in hand with refills, I even brought in the bottle to be doubly sure. She absolutely REFUSED to fill it, and the reason she gave me was because I didn't get my last refill from Walgreens! So my only option so late on a weekend night was to take him to the ER to get him examined for something he already had been examined for, which cost a pretty penny I might add, putting a financial burden on my household, just so I could get a new prescription filled out so he could have his medication tonight. I simply couldn't believe the service I received, I was quite upset and even asked her if she was OK with my boy possibly dying because she wouldn't refill a valid prescription, she said of course she was OK with it then she hung up! Never again will I ever go to this or any Walgreens store!

Notice the uprise of the company, and a peak, and then a solid decline to the floor: this fluctuation in the services came at the hands of illegal practices. This was poor service, deeply rooted issues with handling insurances, and poaching pensions from military families around Modesto. We would like you to know your business-veil in Manteca did not go unnoticed, and your lacking in service provision & quality is disgusting. I hope you get it together. The DEA has reason to believe there is fowl play here, and is being investigate by the Health Educator, Dr. Markee Cuevas.

Couldn't understand the low ratings. Well, now I know why. Sure, it's open 24 hrs. That's nice. It's the only reason I didn't give it 1 star. I went to go purchase crutches with my FSA card for my husband. And for those of you who don't know what that is, it's a tax free account that is used specifically for medical purposes. All pharmacies are required by the IRS to have an inventory control system in place for FSA eligible items. Anyway, my card was declined. Twice. How embarrassing. I was even asked if I activated it. As if I am a moron. I found the reason I was declined was because the merchant did not list the item as eligible. Way to lose a sale, Walgreens. I took my $45 to the CVS down the street. Card worked just fine!

Just went to the Pharmacy to have a flu shot. The pharmacy tech told me that my insurance didn't cover it. This was the same story they told me last year. But when I did contact the insurance company they said I was covered. I explained to the staff what the insurance company had told me, that the charge should be run as a medical expense rather than a drug charge. But they couldn't figure it out. Very poor service. Just now, I am in the bay area. I looked online to see that Walgreens here have very bad reputations also for their pharmacies. I will look elsewhere for the shot! Stay clear of this store and company until they learn the value of service.

The prescriber is not at this location. Walgreens is illegally distributing most of their narcotic medicines, they also press for Identification of pre-established patrons. The problem is that the pharmacy staff does not view their patrons as valued customers, or even as people: more so like a number, or a receipt to right up. They see the "entity" before them as a troublesome victim of their own dumice, and power comes into play here with the malpractice of use of motor-basic tactics of distribution of all pharmaceutical compounds. WALGREENS' doesn't see a patient, and when the patients attend this pharmacy for continued chronic medication; no matter what schedule, type, or amount: they are taken as an insurance benefit; that's borderline harvesting the tax payer, the patient, the people who work to have rights to these freedoms like medicine, good health, family satisfaction, and happiness. I do not like your services at any location, you need to deligate and you have one week or we will be shutting the lights down & rubble of the facility, repavement of the lot and a recreational clinic will stand in the wake.

I screamed "NO WAY!" when my wife drew up an appointment for me to get vaccinated at this location, and I'm glad she didn't kill me because she is E-10 master commander of the navy & what she says flies up, and down the cloud platform of federal governing commands. Despite the misunderstanding, she canceled my appointment immediately upon my disgruntled response to my "no reliance on vaccinations" way of being. This isn't why I screamed... I screamed because I hate Walgreens, they are poachers & I am more than ready to rally against this place not acting in legal terms of caregiver services. Your medicines are cut down to the bitter, salty make-shift generics of 'WATSON" value, I don't know where you distribute from or buy wholesale from but you are a lousy menu selection!!! You are a compound pharmacy! Make your own drugs by hand, with your prescriber, she was created and trained for you to listen to and work with. You're born for so much more. It's a shame to see such a bright stare flush itself away.

worst pharmacy in town. Dropped off a presciption at 10am and was told it would be ready by 1pm. Showed up at 2:30pm an it still wasn't ready. Waited in the drivethru for 30 more mins before it was done. I don't think I've ever gotten a prescription on time. They are always "very busy today".

Walgreens hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
