Some information for those unfamiliar with Salt Lake City and heading out to ng-conf, based on my first 24 hours in the City

Sad to see the end of ng-conf, but excited by the whole experience.
I started to write a long blog post about the last day of the conference, but with a flight back to the UK early tomorrow, and a bunch of video title editing work still to be done before I leave, I didn't have time to finish ...

There is a reason they have no phone number on their depot pages - it would be permanently engaged with complaints if they let customers know what it was. Paid for delivery of a package "next day". Next day get an email saying because of "logistics" they are going to deliver a day late (after I've taken day off work). Next day they leave a card that has no details filled in, telling me to reschedule delivery on their web site. I do this. Twice. Nothing ever arrives and despite having screenshots of their system confirming redelivery they have "no record" of request for redelivery. Ended up paying extra to get goods "next day" only to have to spend time and petrol collecting it a week later than promised. Only the second time I've ordered a package from a company that uses UK Mail and it's the second time I've had to jump through hoops to get my package at my own cost. Now make it a policy to ask which courier company are going to be used for delivery and if it's UK Mail the company doesn't get my business.
