Lively sports-bar chain dishing up wings & other American pub grub amid lots of large-screen TVs.- Google

A disappointing instance of an already pretty crappy restaurant chain. Service was inattentive, and our food took 20+ minutes from the time it was ordered. My wife's wings were the wrong flavor and my burger lacked the extras I asked for. Wouldn't have been a big deal except for the staff's indifference. Will not be eating at one of these again.

Food is good, service is laughably bad. Make sure you have lots of time.

I'll start with a confession: drench anything with Blazin' sauce, and I'll love it. I'm also no wing connoisseur. At my local BW3, my usual fare is Ultimate Nachos or the popcorn shrimp basket. I saw this across from my gate and had twenty minutes to kill, so I popped in. Twenty minutes? Yeah, I cut that close. From walk-in to food on the table was about twelve minutes. The steak wrap was tasty, and they were good about my request to smear Blazin' on it. The onion rings were full & crisp. My only knock would definitely be service time. The place was only about a third full, which is why I chanced it, but, still... it's an airport. I think it goes without saying that wait times should be at a minimum or the waitstaff give estimates. So -- beware. At a third capacity, it took over ten minutes. That time probably jumps up considerably if they're more full. Might want to ask for a "to go" box with your initial order.

There is no bw3's in the 7800 block of airport. Hasn't been in the 5 years I've worked out here

Attentive service, delicious sauces! I had a hard time deciding between the fish tacos and potato wedges, and then found out I could make the wedges my side for 50¢ more...unfortunately, that's more food than I should have eaten! But it was so good, especially with the fresh limes I requested. I tried the Thai chili sauce, and it was the perfect amount of spicy, and went great with both items.

In the airport... First visit: Their menu is very similar to an off campus restaurant. Quick in and out especially when you have less than an hour between flights. My second visit: I have a ton of time between flights this time like for hours. So I get to soaked it up. Special note: NO SWEET TEA, NO SLENDA - SAD FACE. Isn't this the south; Where's the sweet tea? Anyhow, insert tea with sweet and low was okay. Waiter (Reggie) was observant and good with attention to detail. Fries were hot and the buffalo ranch chicken wrap was crunchy and spicy. I'm full for the day. A three-hour wait now.
