Our family went there after visiting few other Chevy dealers, our experience here was exceptional. We were instantly served and offered a test drive. Even though the purchase of the vehicle was done in December of 2013, I wanted to give credit to how great THIS dealer is compared to the rest of the Bay Area. They got us the vehicle we dreamed for much lower than the MSRP with 0% financing. We serviced our vehicle there a couple of times and even once when our car was rear ended. They gave us a free car wash and interior vacuum nearly every time until the drought restrictions came. As always, you have to have patience with dealers and service departments. I have no idea what the low ratings are, but you really need to be patient with all dealers, and we've experienced worse from Nissan, BMW(Mini), etc.

Extremely dishonest, sleazy service dept. makes false promises and guarantees - all lip service- PRIOR to you giving them $$$, when it came to REALTIME delivery, when we drove out RIGHT AFTER REPAIR IT LEAKED OIL AND WAS SHAKING VIOLENTLY STRAIGHT OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP!!! what kind of scam artist dealership charges full-fledged dealer prices then delivers the car in WORSE CONDITION then prior to delivering it to them?? Called SERVICE dept. immediately, the woman WAS NASTY, INSULTING, SHORT TEMPERED, WOULDN'T GIVE HER NAME, wouldn't transfer to the manager, slammed down the phone. They made no effort to repair. It's headed toward a lawsuit against them. Deal with these scam artists if you want to spend thousands for them to destroy your car then deny responsibility and scream / abuse / lie / cheat on the money they took!! A sale means nothing if followup & maintenance will cost you 10X in the long run for these conartists to deliberately damage your vehicle. BEWARE: THESE GUYS DO CRIMINAL / SUSPICIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLES SO YOU WILL HAVE TO KEEP POURING ENDLESS $$$ REPAIR AFTER REPAIR....THEY ARE THE DEALERSHIP OF YOUR WORST "DIRTY CAR SALESMEN STEREOTYPE" NIGHTMARES !!! Go ahead do business with them if you are looking to get lawyers and courts to sue them right after !!

This is from 2013. Avoid this place if you can. We bought a used van from them, and as soon as they found out we weren't using their financing, they gave us the cold shoulder. Then they didn't want to include me on the title with my husband. It took way too long--at least 4 hours. They lied several times, including saying they'd fill up the gas tank. Never did. Only good thing I can say is that they are fairly kid-friendly; they have a play area and brought out a ball for my kids.

I researched both my vehicle and your dealership online first. We acquired our own financing and knew what we could afford to pay and what our maximum payment could be. I emailed an inquiry and Joel replied. We made an appointment to test drive the vehicle, a few days later. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and shown our way to Joel. Again, greeted and Joel took us to see the car. Took a short test drive and both myself and my wife knew that this vehicle was just what we needed and that it just as the internet description said it would be. Not hassle with the price as we all felt that the price was fair and accurate (within Kelly Blue Book). Finance office took all the time necessary to get us taken care of and offered several options to make sure that our vehicle was covered if repairs became necessary. Initially, we were not going to add anything to the price of the car, but Eden was able to get us into a coverage that works for us and was within our maximum monthly payment options. Overall a great experience. I will definite be back, even though it is 120 miles away, and there are numerous Chevrolet dealers closer, when I purchase another car. I will definitely tell friends and family about your dealership and the great deal we got. Thanks, Arnold and Jeri Wartena

I absolutely LOVE my 2015 Tahoe LS. I did a lot of research to purchase this Tahoe. Throughout the process, my Sales person Joel Caravantes ensured I had all the information I needed. We exchanged many emails. The numbers were what he said they were going to be. No tricks! I enjoyed my experience with the finance gentlemen Eden as well. I would highly recommend Fremont Chevrolet to my friends and family.

Very informed and respectful sales staff. We came in to test drive trucks and found a used EV that was a great buy. Jeanette Boyle is a real professional as well as the great support of Eden Isaac with the finance person. we were very pleased.

We serviced our Volt at Fremont Chevrolet, and after a couple of days we almost got intoxicated: smoke start flowing in the car while the Volt was running on gasoline. Turns out while changing the oil some of it (oil) spilled over the gas engine cover, so when the battery ran out of energy and the gas engine kicked in all the spilled oil burnt causing the smoke in the car. I think that avoiding oil spills when changing the oil is a very basic procedure for a certified mechanic, so I can't find a justification for this kind of negligence. The oil could have triggered a fire and an explosion, but everybody at Chevrolet tried to play down the consequences of this incident: of course, their life was not put in danger... .

Based on an earlier phone call before we went to the dealership we were quoted a price we liked for a basic model Volt. When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately provided with very friendly service and a test ride for the vehicle. The salesman confirmed our price and the pleasant experience continued. We had tickets to the Giants game that afternoon and both the salesman and the finance coordinator accommodated us to speed the process up so we could make it to the game on time. Unfortunately the Giants lost. But we had a delightful experience at your Fremont Dealership that made up for it, and we absolutely love the Volt! We are convinced that the Volt is the best Hybrid available today.
