Greetings and Salutations!

I want to:
1.) Pre-select a list of apps with which to use Settings>Location settings>High accuracy mode (Maps, Waze, DailyRoads Voyager, etc.),
2.) automatically enable High accuracy mode when a pre-designated app is called (triggered by shortcut or AutoVoice depending) and,
3.) be able to kill persistent apps (like Maps, et al.) and revert to Settings>Location settings>Battery saving mode as an exit task.

Being new to AutoInput and Tasker in general, I am looking for tutorials, step-by-step examples and the like for AutoInput in particular. I have watched some of the videos on YouTube but haven't seen all that many examples or tutorials, especially for someone like me. After many years of being away from programming, I have much to learn. Though I'm off to a slow start, this has been a lot of fun. Tasker is my new passion. :D

I have been trying to learn best practices with an eye towards developing tasks to run like procedures or subroutines, frugal use of variables and using Labels in flow controls wherever possible. But having little background in scripting languages, learning Tasker and its plugins has been quite an adjustment. I really appreciate this community as its been a great help to me.

If I could locate some information on how to accomplish this, I would be very grateful. Thanks y'all.

Hi All,

New to Scenes. Created Menu based on array to be able to select calendars from a list. Tutorials (or perhaps I) seem obtuse. Very little detailed context to instructions for scenes. Don't know how to set actions for individual selections based on arrays. There are many more for this project. Any help would be gratefully accepted.

Does anyone know how to add to the list of available templates in scenes?

For the Torah observant among us, you may wish to take a look at this post by Mishkan David. It's an invitation to rebut the new segregationist direction of UMJC, MJAA, FFOZ, etc., designed to make the movement exclusively Jewish and send Gentile Messianics back to their churches. Btw, there are prizes!

Let there be Light!  The concept of ' get(ting) ourselves back to the Garden ', is one embraced by both Christianity and Judaism (not to mention Joni Mitchell or Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young). But have you ever considered by what means this 'return' was to ...

Imagine by Mishkan David
Many of us recall that lovely John Lennon song, "Imagine". It was written in an era of "love, joy, and peace" that we all think of as "the 60's". Lennon's goals were good, if somewhat misguided in the particulars. After all, the first line is, "Imagine ther...
