Horrible customer service, poorly trained techs, and very slow. I had to have a prescription faxed here because my pharmacy didn't have it in stock. When I showed up to pick it up I told the pharmacy tech I had just barely had a prescription faxed over. She had to consult with the 4 other techs and the pharmacy techs told me they couldn't find the prescription in their computer system and that I'd have to wait for the pharmacist to get off the phone to see if he knew where it was. After the pharmacist got off the phone 15 minutes later (he was standing right in front of a line of customers obviously on a personal call shooting the breeze with someone and could have had the decency to at least use a phone in the back) he asked if they had checked the fax machine. To my surprise the tech said no and she went and looked, and there it had been sitting the whole time. After waiting another 20 minutes a tech calls my name and informs me that my prescription would be ready to pick up at 6pm (5 hours later). I called a bit after 4:00 to see if it happened to be ready early because I forgot I had to be some where at 5:30 and was hoping that I wouldn't have to be late. The tech who answered the phone told me that my prescription wouldn't be ready till 4pm the next day. I informed him that this was unacceptable and I was told earlier that it would be done by 6pm this day. He said the best he could do is call me when it was ready to pick up. I ended up taking my prescription elsewhere and was able to get it filled in under an hour.

The HOA for the condo I use to own used these guys and they are a horrible company to work with. Their reps are very rude and argumentative. They also kept processing automatic payments against my bank account after I sold my condo and told me that they can't stop payments that were setup on their own website and don't know of anyone that can help me. I'd give them 0 stars if I could, but Google is only letting me give them 2...
