Hi Michael,
I am so sorry you did not enjoy your experience on the night you came in to Comida. I remember seating you and stoping by to see how everything was after dropping off your food. Our menu is designed so that people may spend $4 or $40, ordering everything by the each, allowing them to leave stuffed to the gills or just enjoy a taco or two. The "mini" margarita you had was made with freshly squeezed juice and over 2.5 ounces of 100 % agave tequila. I will never apologize for that. 
Additionally, being from the south as a child and from very Southern parents, much of the flavors of our menu are a blend of those I grew up with and the flavors of Mexico. That is where the garlic mashed potato comes from that sat under the 2 ounces of grilled skirt steak taco you had on your $4 taco. The quality of our proteins is something for which we are really proud of and we spend a lot to bring it in. At $4 a taco the margin on your grilled skirt steak taco is almost nothing. But I imagine you would't care much about that. After all, that taco wasn't actually a quarter size as you say, it was on a 4"tortilla made from a great local family owned business here in Longmont. We were courteous, got you seated quickly even though you did not have a reservation and we had a full restaurant, asked how everything was and were told it was all fine. I stand up for what we do at Comida and how we do it. We don't do it perfectly every time, but we certainly give it our best and don't put out mouse sized portions or over charge for the product so many hands have worked hard on.
