Very cute independently owned coffee shop. It's two floors. The top floor is more like a loft. There's only street parking. Beware when you street park because we got a ticket. We got coffee and tea. I had asked for my tea to be made with milk but what happened was they made it with water and then gave me a side of to pour into it. They also sell baked goods. This is a good place to go before you go watch a movie at the Vista theater and across the street is also a crossroads trading company store.

A bit underwhelming giving the other options in the neighborhood. Dinosaur and Bru have better coffee and Intelligentsia is a better scene.

One of my favorite cafes. Excellent spot to meet friends or work by myself. Great coffee, friendly service, working wifi, plenty of tables & outlets and a clean bathroom. Parking can be tough but not impossible.

Awesome corner cafe, tasty espresso and lattes, love the oolong tea here. Available honey at the condiment bar. Upstairs wifi junkie place to work and study with plenty of plugs/outlets around. Dog friendly. Outdoor tanning seats facing the streets. Sunday free street meter parking. Apparently only my laptop has a difficult time finding/connecting with their wifi. Great vibes.

Good coffee (love the Kyoto) served in a calm and relaxing environment (great for getting some work done or just sitting and sipping your brew). Plenty of seating, with a little upstairs loft area. Small pet peeve: The cold brew and the espresso are served in a plastic cup... would rather have it served in a glass.

These are the guys that made me a coffee convert in Seattle, and now they're here in LA! Grab a Kyoto, their name for slow-drip Japanese style cold brew.. More of a kick, and a sweet drink without any milk or sugar. Worth the $4.50.

This place may not have that much to offer in the way of food, but what it does, (coffee), it does right. My favorite drink here is something I've never seen anywhere else, and it's called the Granita, which is pretty much a coffee slushy. It's served with a swirl of cream on top, and you have the choice of drinking the coffee on the bottom, saving the cream as a sweet finisher, or mixing it all in, and making it the mother of all slushies. The space isn't very big, but it is two stories, so you shouldn't have too much of a problem finding seating. As far as food goes, they have the usual cafe offerings, such as scones, croissants, cookies, and a few other baked goods. Seriously, though, that Granita. Get it!
