Classics By The Beach, August 2014.  What a day!
oday was the first Sunday of the month and after a few months away on family visits, it was great for me to get back to Classics By The Beach. And what a day! We had some terrible weather in Hobart...

Can you believe I had to switch to Safari to get Google+ to work?  It hasn't worked on Chrome for months, for me.  They changed Youtube and that won't work for me either, now.  I'm disappointed in not using Chrome, but it's nice to check out G+ again.

Make sure you don't get behind with the updates. Had to uninstall Chrome and reinstalled it again because it would not install new updates. I was stuck at version 13 or so, while the newest version was   20 something. All kinds of strange bugs in Maps for me then.

A look at some of the EV's for sale in the US right now.  Comes with a table listing the important performance data.

I deleted my previous comment yesterday because I wasn't sure if it was appropriate.  And didn't want to put any images in the reader's mind.  :)  But yes, Seinfeld came to mind.

Add your vote.  We're picking the most iconic Japanese car (and it's very close at the top of the poll - just 1 vote in it at this point).

Skyfall's had a bunch of big reviews so far.  This isn't one of them.
Don’t read this review if you intend to see Skyfall but haven’t seen it yet. I will talk about plot points during this review, some of which aren’t in the preview below. You might...

Good to chat with NEVS about their plans with Saab.  I remain concerned.
I’ve had some questions about NEVS, their strategies and the future of the brand called Saab for some time now. Finally, after a bit of a wait, I had a chance to speak with Mikael Östlund fro...

Introduction
I write about Saabs.  Non-stop.

I've been buying Saabs since the late 1990s and writing about them since February 2005.  I now work for Saab, writing the Inside Saab website (inside.saab.com) from the company's HQ in Trollhattan, Sweden.

I also have a passion for Alfa Romeo and live in hope that Sergio Marchionne will not completely kill the brand by making it less extraordinary.
