Bollini's is one of my favorite little hole-in-the-walls in 626 for pizza. The service and food has consistently been good, but it is on the heavy side. The prices are decent, especially if you decide to order family style. Food: -Fungi E Tartufi pizza: This is a good choice if you like mushrooms and truffle oil! -italian White pizza: My favorite so far. YESS TO RICOTTA CHEESE :) -The Steak special pizza: My least favorite that I have tried so far, but only because I am not a fan of gorgonzola cheese. Reminds me of bleu cheese. Blehhh -The Bambino pizza: This one was good too! Flavors of arugula, smoked chicken, prosciutto, and mushrooms all worked well together. -Spaghetti Carbonara: First pasta that I've tried here and It made me never want to order another pasta dish here again. Super bland and super oily! I felt like the spaghetti noodles were just tossed in olive oil. Pros: -For pizza, they let you do halfsies on flavors! -Free pizza bread Cons: -No AC! Beware if you are a sweat-er like me, especially in the summer. -Cash only (ATM inside) Enjoy all my fellow carb loversss :)

I've been here 3 times. my first time to come here is to do my homework. My professor give lots of active homework. He wanted me to go some restaurants where were recommended by him and write an essay how did i feel when i get in here, what did i order, and so on. actually there are so many restaurant same as Bollini's. now people prefer to eat thin and not greasy pizza rather than thick and big something like Costco. However, still I'm used to traditional pizza so if you will drink some beer with pizza then should be you will be satisfied.

When the owner Chris is not there the staff is rude! Chris you should be there more often, maybe have some customer comment cards, because the few times that I went there to dine, it wasn't welcoming and a few of your staff, which are regulars, weren't friendly.

Um, can you say: tasty, comfortable, friendly, and affordable? That Bollini's in a nutshell. Our table loved everything from the pizza and pasta to the pork chop. I will be back.

If you can get around the hit-or-miss customer service, and the long waits, the food is the main attraction here. The authentic, thin crusted pizzas are baked in a brick oven and come out bursting with different flavors. The pasta's are pretty well seasoned, albeit a bit salty for my tastes. Unfortunately, this place is cash only, and the quality of service is less than consistent.

Excellent food but that's all. Small querky restaurant. It is cash only. Too cramped, it is hard to eat with no elbow room. They had no canolli! How is that possible for an italian place? Then we found out they don't serve coffee, WTF!!!! First and last time we come.

Ordered a large pizza on a Friday afternoon, they didn't have any Italian sausage left, no onions or jalapenos! What pizza joint on a Friday afternoon runs out of these items? I was stuck ordering a pepperoni, steak (which I'm quite sure they charged me extra for!) and cheese pizza......which wasn't anything special. Note to management, not that I would ever order from Papa John's but am sure they would not run out of these main ingredients on a Friday afternoon. Don't waste your money at this place.
