Should content creators be more transparent when they publish paid-for content? The UK's Competition and Markets Authority has launched an investigation into this very subject. I think this was a long time coming and could be a very good thing leading to increased standards across the industry.

I was curious to find out so was delighted when communications consultant Nicola Williams shared her story. She admitted it wasn't always a breeze but admitted: "I couldn’t have handled the house, the kids and the work all myself."

Is PR a good industry to work in if you're a working dad wanting a role with the flexibility to let you attend sports days etc? Dad of three Martin Williams set up Radar PR earlier this year and getting a better work / life balance was part of the reason. In this interview he gives his thoughts on UK working culture, explains why he set up Radar and explains how he arranges childcare with the mums of his three children.
