Job Hunting Tips for Graduates

Interview tips on How to answer “Strengths & Weaknesses”
While we may vary widely in our levels of competence and confidence, we all have one thing in common: each of us has at least one quality with the potential to trip us up.
Ignore such weaknesses at your peril.
What holds you back?
I'd like to suggest that the single best way to shift odds in favor of your career is not only to ask this question, but also to confront your answer.
That is, don't just say, "I lack confidence."
Say, "I lack confidence and it is time for me to tackle this issue."
There is no one on Earth without weaknesses. You will never be a perfect person. But you can identify and address one key weakness that holds back your career.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not suggesting that there's something wrong with your career. You may already be enjoying great success. But I guarantee there is room for improvement.
And most of the time, the best way to confront your weakness is to spend more time interacting with people who are strong where you are weak, and vice versa.
