Great program by ACE and Ranger Excavating to introduce teens to a career in #construction. Labor shortages are a real problem. Solutions start with interest and training. http://www.kxan.com/news/local-news/why-new-camp-creators-wants-your-teen-to-consider-construction-jobs/1196169969

The Chapman Firm is proud to have represented the City of Weslaco in this litigation. The City filed suit against its engineer to recover damages that would reimburse taxpayers for funds that were spend based on a contractual agreement that the City alleged was secured through misrepresentation and fraud.

After many years, the litigation concluded in a favorable settlement for the City.
