I placed a walk-in take out order and wound up waiting over half hour to receive it. I watched on as my food sat up on the window for several minutes before hearing my name called. Much to my surprise, it was still at serving temperature but marginally acceptable for most.

This has always been one of my favorite PE restaurants in the area. They always have very fresh food and everything is kept squeaky clean. On top of that, this is one of the few locations that offers WiFi. The thing that bugs me out about it is that even though the East Colonial and South Semoran locations both have an abundance of accessible power outlets, this one doesn't have any at all.

Uh, what happened? For so many years, while countless other BBQ restaurants in the area came and went, this one withstood the test of time... at least until recently. One would think that when the Ale House a block over opened its doors a couple years ago along with the emergence of 4Rivers, that this place would certainly step up its game. However, based upon what I had sat through during my last visit, I can assure you that instead, things have culminated into the exact opposite. I should've known what I was about to be in for when I pulled up to the drive through and find that the order-taker left his microphone on. He finally ends his conversation and proceeds to ask "Have you been helped yet?" There was only one customer ahead of me and it must have taken over 20 minutes to finally receive my order. The customer behind me got so impatient, she pulled out of line and walked inside. Both me and the guy in front were asked to pull aside to wait--something which I've never been asked to do in any of my several previous visits. The food I received was equally as appalling as the disservice. My sliced pork looked and tasted like it had just come out of a microwave rather than fresh off the grill. Seriously? It pains me to write this but after a downturn of this magnitude, I will no longer be visiting Bubbalou's.

Before trying Jet's, I was never very fond of deep dish style. But now, I don't even want anyone else's pizza!

Of all the locations in the area where I've dined in, this is so far has been my least favorite. I went just before closing time; there were no trays at the counter plus all the food items they had didn't look very fresh. Sure enough, the orange chicken I ordered was almost rock hard, so much so one of the pieces caused a tine on my fork to break. Unlike the Millenia and East Colonial locations, this one doesn't offer WiFi--what gives? Also worth mentioning is even though the East Colonial and South Semoran locations have an abundance of easily accessible power outlets, this one doesn't have any.

My mom and I agreed to go here for my birthday and now I cringe at the fact that she wasted some of her hard-earned money on this place. The fact that they mount such dim lights on a high ceiling, should've been a strong indicator as to how things were going to be. My mom had to use the flashlight on her phone in order to read the darn menu. The waitress didn't introduce herself properly and was very flaky. The food was well below expectations and the portions were quite small. The only things worth mentioning were the complementary soup and salad with our entrees. Can someone say chain restaurant syndrome?

No one else's deep dish comes close! My main gripes are that this particular crust is not available in medium size as well as how the customer ordering/waiting area is nothing really other than a narrow hallway.
