When I want a burger, I want the burger of my dreams, which is a slightly altered version of In-N-Out's without caramelized onions. Joe's gets close to this burger, but misses the boat. The burger should be better described somewhere on the menu or by the cashiers. Caramelized onions automatically come on the burger and that gives the burger a very particular taste that is hard to mask once they are put on. Unfortunately, the fries don't save the situation. They are just ok: a little undercooked and under salted. If the staff was warm or helpful, it may save this place, but instead the service perfectly matches the rest of the elements of Joe's, which is just ok. If all you want to eat in this world is a burger (like after walking across desert or running a marathon), then this might do it for you. If you have any particular feelings or preferences about this type of classic American meal, this could be risky (or an all out disappointment) for you.

Pretty cliche burger joint. Burgers, fries, onion rings, and milk shakes. They actually have a pretty decent veggie burger and veggie chili. The food is good and it's fast and cheap. Staff is always nice.

For $4.25 it was the thinnest burger party I've ever seen at a restaurant. The milkshake was way too thick to drink. Do not go here if you're looking for a great burger experience. The patties are thicker at Burger King and McDonalds.

The burgers were . . . so-so. I think I would have liked it better had there not been so much relish in the burger. I liked that there were grilled onions on the burger but seriously, the middle of the burger was a pool of relish/thousand island so I basically stopped eating. The fries and onion rings were good but tasted like they had been fried in burnt oil. All in all, probably will not be the place I go to for burgers.

Joe's Burgers is straight forward. It smells, looks, feels, and tastes like a burger place. It's simple ingredients that make up this simple menu. I like it. I ordered a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries for takeout. My order was packaged in a traditional cardboard box just like an old fashion drive thru. Not that I'm old enough to known what that was like. I'd go here again.

Great classic cheeseburger, but there isn't anything too special that sets it ahead of similar venues.
