Great school with amazing instructors! I got to work with Angela & Cynthia, they are both very knowledgeable and have great teaching methods! Plus you get plenty of time to work behind the bar! And after you graduate they help you find a job and always have great opportunities for you. Def 5 stars! Thanks Elitte!

I attended the one week class from 9 to 5. I learned so much in that week and had more fun than I ever expected to. Angela and David are both very knowledgeable and bring to the class a long history in the industry. They can not only teach you how to make drinks and be a well skilled bartender; they can also teach you how to find work in the bartending industry. Their school is affiliated with a staffing agency which further sets them apart from the rest. I drove over an hour to and from this class every day and am so glad I decided to make that commitment. I can't imagine that another school could have provided me with the education I received at Elitte.

Had an AWESOME experience at the school. I learned so much everyday, it was a lot to take in but is do-able. I recommend the school to anyone who is serious about becoming a bartender, or someone who wants to learn a few new tricks. I took the week long class and it was intense. The staff----Angela and everyone else is very professional and great to learn from. I also have gotten two internships that have given me some needed experience.

This was a really fun experience, and I actually did get a job just 2 weeks after the program from a lead Angela gave me (no other application worked out - and I sent out at least 25 - AND I have experience). The market is very very tough now. A bar mgr told me every ad gets 150 resumes at least. I have no idea how her lead ended up working out so well for me but it did. She can't do it for everyone, but she WILL try. Angela is very hard working and a great role model for someone who wants to go in this industry where you must expect to work your ass off - period...doesn't matter who/where you are. The people you meet in the class are pretty fun too, though a lot of them switch off between the day/night class. The class is well organized, and she's a good teacher. So, it's easy to learn things, though it's all about what YOU put in here. If you don't memorize or send out resumes, then you don't get anywhere. It's that simple. Also, I would recommend the 2 week course because there is a tremendous amount to memorize in just 1 week if you do that version. Another thing to note: when you get a job - the recipes might be totally different & even have different ingredients (and you'll forget a lot of angela's recipes!) but at least you get a general idea which is absolutely huge. I poured one of the recipes from Angela's book (the chocolate martini) for a customer for fun (it was a comp drink) and they loved it (and I finally got to taste it with real liquor!) Where I work, the technique is different (we have to use jiggers for one thing), but once I knew the basics from the class, I felt pretty comfortable. The only downside to this class is that she kind of teaches two classes in one, so it gets confusing & you can't get too much individual attention if you need it. I don't know if it is always this way, but it seems like the class starts EVERY Monday, rather than every other monday - meaning that she's trying to teach two separate groups at once. She usually manages to do ok with this, but if it's crowded it can be a little confusing. Our beer & wine & fruit cutting got a little smushed into the very end. I have a bit of a hard time telling customers about wine and beer, though that's not really the focus of this class & there's enough online to look into. I still learned the fundamentals of wine & beer (of which I knew next-to-nothing before the class anyway). Also, I wish someone of the bottles were cleaner...I swear something is living inside the Southern Comfort bottle...lol. I think some of the fake fruit and glassware has been around forever. It's kinda dirty. Well whatever, those were minor things. In reality, I wish Angela was my manager now...she is such a good role model & SO experienced. She is super nice but her expectations are high, and that's what you need - she knows what she's doing & knows how to teach. Angela helped me get the job I have, but the place hired this incompetent rude manager who thinks training means "watch me do everything and then figure it out yourself" - so he sucks...I wish I could take Angela to my job!! Anyway, if you take this, enjoy it and remember it's on you to do the leg work. Elitte gives you the tools, but you have to open the bottles. :)

I can't tell you how much fun I had in this class! Angela and Cynthia were always making sure we had our materials covered and were so kind and accommodating to students who couldn't make every class. They would always adjust the schedule depending on what each student's needs were. We had so much fun!!!! And if you need a class that can adjust to your schedule, this is it. I wish I could take it again and again just because it was such a blast!

I took a two week course for Elitte Bartending and it was phenomenal! Angela was our instructor and she knew what she was doing. I learned much more than I ever could have expected when it came to mixology and I owe it all to Elitte! It was worth every penny and if you're looking for a bartending school, this is the one!!
