"Fun for kids I admit, but the place is ran by teenagers and is disorganize."

Poor management - poorly maintained Regular carts are a joke, and the fast carts are complete junk. When I told my attendant that my cart had a visibly bent frame, he told me they were "all like that." Secondly, it was impossible to turn because of the frame, but he wouldn't let me try another, because "they are all like that" too. I quit early, and spoke to the manager, but he looked at me like, "here's yet another complaint," and he offered me nothing. Save your $50.

Overall a nice place to go for kids, go carts are fun if you pick the right cart. Have arcades inside too. Would like to see a better restaurant than the pizza place it there now.

Too many broken attractions to be worth the money. It's gone down hill!
Response from the owner - a month ago
Hello Mr. Millard, Please contact Mark Campbell, Managing Member or Melanie Cardona, Sales & Marketing Manager, with Andretti Thrill Park at 321-956-6706. We would like to address your concerns because we do not have any attractions that are broken or not working. The outside attractions do close temporarily due rain and/or lightning though and reopen as quickly as possible when it passes.

We stayed all day with 3 boys ages 4-9 and I had nearly as much fun as they did! The staff is patient, kind and on top of the safety rules. There are plenty of adult staff members helping the younger ones and stepping in when needed. It is expensive, but you can find discounts and it's great fun...including laser tag. Much cleaner than most arcade-type places.

Very disappointed. I spent 100 to get in. Not worth it. The food was over priced, not enough for the kids to do. The rides were broken down or no one was there to run them. The arcade was poor. The lights went out and no refund on the games that we were playing. I'll just take the ride to Orlando and find cheaper fun and if it's going to cost at least I'll know we did something worth the time.

It's fun to go there and mess around for a little while, but the go-karts are always the same, whoever got in first wins because they picked the best cart on the track. A majority of the employees outside looked like they hated their jobs and were very rude and disrespectful. The guy in charge of the rock climbing and the guy in charge of the roller coaster were nice and the workers inside were mostly friendly. The minigolf course is decent. I wouldn't say it's great but it's definitely better than a lot of others. And if you go on the roller coaster, try to get the seats on either end, cause the ones in the middle don't spin much and are very boring. The rock climbing was fun, the arcade is fun if you're with a friend or two, which you should be at an amusement park. The rope course is a bit of a joke just like the lazer tag, but then again, those are meant for the kids so it's alright. All of the above would lead me to give them three stars, but I gave four because I think I lost my license there (Cause my wallets garbage, not because of them) and when I called the lady on the phone was very helpful and nice and she took my name and phone number to call if they found it. One main thing I suggest is training the employees to at least pretend they like what they're doing

Spent two days this spring (8x$32x2=$512 not including food), and our kids were right at the height level to drive the carts and spent the day without a problem; Today, went, and they determined they were not at height and were not allowed to ride, and would not provide a refund. That is a business choice, but as a parent with six kids I have a choice where I spend my money, and they wont get another dime. The 40 Y/O manager was rude while the younger workers were at least pleasant. A satisfied customer tells 2; an unsatisfied customer tells 10.
