Mirlaine Tanis: Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. I scheduled an appointment (1 week in advance) in the Dallas, GA office with a representative by the name of Gerry. Got there and sat through a 70 minute presentation only for him to deny showing us any of the homes.properties because we requested to view the homes and floor plans prior to him running our credit! Gerry's presentation focused on their superior customer service when in fact he REFUSED to assist us and told us "you can just leave and its pointless to show you anything if I don't run your credit"! I advised Gerry I don't want you to run my credit and I already know what I qualify for.. I am not even sure if I would like any of the homes/floor plans that is why I prefer to view the homes first! Gerry than proceed to walk me to the door and said "no, I am not showing you anything"... where is the customer service in that???? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
