Hi Mr.Chek Question: How do feel about rioting the American court houses?
Paul's Response to this question:
Hi, for some reason, there was no way to reply under your comment, so I'm doing it this way and hope you get to see my answer.
If we "riot" courthouses, we are using the same level of consciousness to "combat" a problem that created and maintains the problem itself. Einstein said, "you can't solve a problem with the same kind of thinking that created it."

Lou Tzu said, "the government always reflects the people."

People worldwide, in general, have become complacent; they have turned the responsibility for social concerns at all levels above and beyond their homes to the state, and federal governmental levels of control. They have turned a blind eye to the shadow behaviors emanating from their own religions; "Love thy neighbor as thy self" has become "bomb the shit out of anyone who practices a different religion", which is quaintly used as a cover-up for "Let's let the public think we are in a God war while we rape other countries of their resources and implement our sick business strategies there too!" All the while, people in society are more focused on what the current phone technology is, what the "Mob Wives and Baseball Wives" are doing, which is only a mirror of what everyone is doing as a collective. Very sad indeed.

This behavior shows up in people's bodies as fatigue, illness, and diseases such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and many more... and all the while, people are happy to ignore what the mirror is telling them, and their bodies are telling them every moment of the day only to....keep using drugs that don't work, keep eating foods that kill (slowly), and hope they can sell their problems to a doctor or therapist, or shaman these days, and get a "Magic Cure!"

When we all practice the Law of Honesty within ourselves, we come to see that the law of attraction is always at work, and each soul, and soul-group is getting just what they need to achieve their Humanity. The earth has always been a kindergarten for souls, and to expect people in kindergarten to "act and live as enlightened people" is like coming back to elementary school and hoping to find a room full of PhDs sitting in the seats (so the teacher can do nothing).

The real social change begins by making any and all  changes we desire to see "outside us", "inside us". When that occurs with adequate frequency, all aspects of humanity will change, including their relationship to the earth; it won't be long before Mother Earth "brings us all together as a family with events that will require all of us to work together as a family to get through it all. Just look at what's happening with the weather around the world, and you'll see what I"m referring to.

That's my two cents on the issue.

Hello Dear Readers and subscribers to my channel.
FYI, I am teaching in Sydney, Australia and have very little time to interact with people while I'm on the road, so forgive me if I'm unable to get to all your questions. It will be another 4 weeks before I'm able to put any time of significance into supporting you all, but will do my best with the little time I do have.
Love and chi,

Honestly theres not alot of people in this world with your level of knowledge i just want to say i really appreciate your teachings. I have a ? have you ever read A Course in Miracles.

Hi Jamie,
I couldn't answer your question where you left it because for some reason, there was no reply box...
Answer: Yes, I've studied the Course In Miracles a fair bit. I haven't read the whole document page for page, but did a fair bit of reading in it, and studied a course on all aspects of it.
There is certainly some useful materials in there, but it is LOADED with Christian concepts that are:
A. Out dated.
B. Entangling, and will cause confusion in the psyche of those without deep enough spiritual training to "weed out" the mind viruses of Christian origin.

I found it quite sad that a book with so much potential is stained with such dis-empowering language and concepts. I'd say it is one step in the right direction away from orthodox Christian concepts, and good for those at that level of their own spiritual development, but compared to the Tao Te Ching, (for those that understand Lao Tzu's teachings), it's not only massively verbose, but like a tangled web where Lao Tzu's teachings are like a natural diamond.

Great job Jator!
Lovely to see you expressing your inner-truth and sharing as synthesis of your life experience as wisdom for others.
Projection is a wave rising from The Sea
The wave identifies it self as me, me, me, but so often forgets
That the wave is but a minute expression of
A Vast, Eternal Sea
When we work our way backwards to the roots of our projections
We see
That what felt so alone as me me me,
Has always been we we we
Endless expressions of that
One Eternal Sea.

When you learn to read your body, become present with your emotions, and witness your thoughts to see if they are dream affirmative each day, you don't need diet books or diet experts, and are unlikely to need doctors or psychologists in general.
Your body never lies, so if we all learn to listen to the wisdom within, there is no need to argue/debate over this philosophy vs. that. That kind of stuff is the offspring of the unaware and talking about such things is a waste of time if a person isn't willing to "take care of themselves"; those who have dogmatic opinions are usually exemplifying an underlying mental-emotional imbalance that often includes participating in diversions from the real issues of their life, such as being angry at mommy, daddy, or the world...

It is a great gift to have a human body, and how we all got here is the Grand Mystery we should celebrate with a healthy dose of self-love first and foremost, and then share that authentic love with others in the world as living examples.

Dear Kevin M,
regarding your comment: "One of my problems is not being constant in doing things that are good for me for example doing this breathing, meditating, exercising..."
This is a very common problem among people of the world today, particularly the western culture where instant gratification is at dangerously high levels.
Rudolph Steiner referred to this as "Super saturation", which numbs the senses and has a blinding effect on the soul (consciousness).

Being a therapist that  deals with this issues day in and day out, I can share that this challenge is commonly a symptom of:
1. Not having a clearly defined dream, goal or objective that is "bigger than yourself". When we are not actively engaged in creating something within ourselves, or in our environment that "adds life to life", there is no authentic creativity being expressed; authentic creativity is "soul food".
2. Starving the soul  leads to apathy; it is as though the creative impulse to become more conscious is blanketed in the insignificant things in modern life, such as:
- More TV
- More stuff..the latest iPhone, computer games, fashions, cars,
- More food, drink and drugs, all of which are generally a means of medicating the cravings of the soul for creative self-expression; the creative self-expression has usually been squelched by social programming and an unconscious need to "fit in" to a society largely composed of those who are still unconsciously acting out dangerous, old ideas instilled by church doctrine or religious programming of some form or another... In this state of existence, you see people wearing their clothes to match the latest "Rapper" or famous athlete, model or movie star, all the while not realizing that one has become a parrot, and therefore a puppet to the sponsors that dress such people, feed them (garbage), and perpetuate an unhealthy, earth destructive (but HIGHLY PROFITABLE) form of hedonism.
3. Not spending adequate time in touch with Nature; we've come to see animals not as living beings, but as "items on a shelf in a supermarket", and plants and stones as "dead things" that have no inner-life; the shadow of Newtonian science and the worship of "the measurable" only.

As this process continues to infect and infest humanity, the ego or "head" becomes progressively the home of one's self-consciousness. Since the head deals largely in information, not "reality", we see that people's heads are full of "I know that" responses to suggestions such as exercising, eating well, drinking water, resting, meditating, etc...but "I know that" as it is used today DOES NOT equal "I do that and know it as a practical, functional experience within my own body-mind."

When we realize that the creative Spirit behind the Universe is working through us to experience itself as "conscious creators" and co-creators of the life experience on Earth, and that we are disabled in our creative abilities to the very degree that we have a body-mind split, it becomes a choice to either keep looking in the mirror and seeing the apathetic expression of Divinity within ourselves, or to dream, balance, choose values that are dream affirmative, and PARTICIPATE in becoming a conscious co-creator of something beautiful.

I have never suffered this challenge because I've always enjoyed expressing my creativity, and feel terrible inside when falling into the mundane of modernity; it is as though I need to use the toilet, but the seatbelt sign is on on an airplane: I get more and more uncomfortable holding back the creative urge and the need to expel or express it. Having spent the last 31 years of my life coaching others and being a therapist, I've seen a sea of people who suffer from inhibition of their own creative principle.

We can all become truly human when we simply engage in "adding life to life". Having a dream worth living for, and a dream that adds life to life not only for yourself, but others and the planet invites a Spirit that picks you up in the morning, gives you a cold shower, feeds you well, and fully participates in life.

A QUESTION FROM: Mitko Dimitrov 1 hour ago (edited)
Hey Paul, what message you will give to us if you have left 1 day on the planet earth? Thanks for another informational video!

Paul's Answer:
Kiss and hug everyone you love, and everyone you were not capable of loving.
Dance and sing, and celebrate all that you are.
Open your heart to the Mystery before you, and know that Unconditional Love is always there, regardless of what door you walk through, so go home and celebrate, dream, and DO IT ALL AGAIN!

Mister Paul, do you believe in god?
Thank you for all the knowledge you've been providing us.
With respect, Chris

Dear Chris,
There are MANY videos and blog posts I've shared here on my channel, and on my blog site www.paulcheksblog where I define my thoughts, feelings, experiences and beliefs as to god, God, and GOD.
In summary, Yes, I do believe in GOD. GOD can't be known as this or that, for any such circumscription equates to "an idea". GOD = ABSOLUTE. Anything that can be "known as this or that" by a human ego-mind can't possibly be "GOD", for all such distinctions (A Christian God (or son of God), a Muslim God, a Jewish God...) are "ideas". Anytime humans define God (The Totality of Creation or of the conscious and unconscious of a collective depending on how the word is being used) as "this" or "that", or as "good", but "not evil", you have a relativity. All relativities come by way of the principle of EXCLUSION; My God says you must do this or that to get to heaven...You are an infidel for worshiping your God..."We are the promised ones".... All such distinctions of God exaggerate polarity, and once that polarization reaches a tipping point, war is usually the outcome; this war can begin on a personal level, escalate to a group level, and keeps going all the way to the point that entire religious factions begin warring with each other....thus throughout history, religions have been the biggest cause of wars, death, and destruction.

GOD is all inclusive, and because of that, there is no relativism at the level of GOD. The mind can't know what "something is" unless it also perceives there is something "it is not". Most people are not spiritually mature enough to accept such a reality because they have been conditioned to believe of God as a Father figure in the sky that paradoxically loves and rescues them from their troubles, yet at the same time, has rules or commandments that must be followed to receive the favor or support of such a God. This is, by definition, idol worship and such God's all  carry masculine, father qualities. OSHO stated clearly that the God's of Abrahamic religions are "Gods for children" that need to be told what to do, and expect to be punished for not doing "what (they believe) God wants."

GOD, as ABSOLUTE, is TRANSCENDENT, and though GOD can't be known as "this or that", as "an idea", GOD can be experienced  within one's self. OSHO calls the religious systems that worship GOD "religions for adults" because there is no "daddy in the sky to rescue you". GOD = POTENTIAL and therefore, we are all experiencing our potential to love and create in a relative world, in which we always have the POTENTIAL to become more "Godly", more loving and respectful of ALL LIFE.

You will find that most religions have a traditional form or expression, and a mystical branch, which is usually relatively unspoken of, often because if the dogmatic traditionalists (people that read books as facts instead of teaching stories)  find out about the mystical practitioners, they tend to capture, torture, and kill them, just as the Jewish (Romans) people  did to Jesus. For example, the mystical branch of Judaism is Kabbalah, the Rosecrucians were/are a mystical branch of Christianity (Rudolph Steiner), and Sufism is the mystical branch of Islam (Rumi).

An example of the radical difference in beliefs and practices between these factions of the same religion can be seen in Islam, where on the one hand, you have very harshly defined orthodox beliefs (a dogma), and on the other side of that coin, you have the Sufi's who clearly see GOD as transcendent and ALL ENCOMPASSING. Thus, the first principle of Sufism is: "There is no GOD but GOD. I worship everything and everyone." I personally feel the Sufi's have it right, and therefore, it wouldn't be incorrect to say that I too experience the Transcendent, ALL ENCOMPASSING GOD as ALL THAT IS, ALL THAT CAN OR WILL BE, YET PARADOXICALLY NO-THING expressed as EVERY-THING.

The Aboriginals don't speak of God specifically from what I can tell studying a fair bit of their teachings, but they do say something very beautiful that is in harmony with most of the "adult religious views", which is, "Eternity is physicalized as place." That pretty much sums the whole issue up.

Any God that has wants or needs, is by definition, not a God, nor a GOD, for a God with wants or needs is not whole in, and unto itself. Such a God would itself have to have a Creator, and therefore, we are right back to "My God vs. your God"...

Paul Chek

Doesn't God have a Great sense of Humor :-)
There was a turtle, who wrote books and taught classes on how to fly.
One day he met a bird that wondered why?
For this little turtle was afraid of the sky...
Though this little turtle, did indeed have wings,
he got distracted talking about so many things.

He was busy being an expert, on how others flew planes, and
often gave classes for birds on how to navigate the rains.
He was sure that they would crash and loose any gains, but
The Bird came back to tell him that even birds learning to fly endure many pains;
there are storms, rains, and god forbid, "window pains"...that shiny glass can be such a pain in the ass!
"When you get hit by your own reflection, you can loose your head, and there are Many birds who've wished they were human instead."

Then this Wise Bird flew right into my head.
I woke up from a vivid dream JP, where I had become you, but
I was also myself, the bird, and the turtle too.
Please do a video so I know what is True.
I'm so in love with All of us,
I don't know what to do?

I've signed up for your channel, and I'm following You!
I love you Buddy,
Paul

Hi Thomas,
I'm in England teaching HLC 3, which is a very busy class, so little time on my hands to spare.
My advice is to go to www.chekconnect.com and find the nearest Chek Practitioer to you that can help you. They are Exercise Coaches, our entry level program (but far beyond other personal training certifications out there), and from there, Chek Practitioners go up in training from Chek Level 1-4, with overall knowledge and skill levels increasing each level.
If there are more than one that you can get to reasonably by car or airplane for an assessment and program design, you can always contact them and interview them each as to your case and see which one feels ideal to you.

My suggestions are to:
1. Look at my "Healing Fungal and Parasites - The Absolute Essentials" DVDs and make sure you don't have a fungal or parasite infection. Either of these can make it very hard to put muscle on, and keep it on.
2. If you have the skill and body balance to handle heavier lifting, alternate between one or two bodybuilding type workouts, with one or two higher intensity workouts where you get into the 4-8 rep range with key lifts such as the deadlift, lunge, rowing, bench press on Swiss ball and the "bigger lifts" in general, while feeding your body as much good food as it is hungry for.

These tips can be what's missing, but can't be sure without a proper assessment.
Much chi,
Paul Chek
