I haven't had a chance to eat here on my own. Instead I've only been here as a company xmas party. the food was alright, but I'd rather try something from the menu I think would be better. The service was good and the entire inside seems very classy and fancy. I don't have much to say at this point. I'd have to reserve it for another time when i come back on my own time to try the food. Otherwise I haven't been given a reason to avoid this place.

I hate to be critical of any restaurant however, this was the worst food I have had anywhere in a very long time. The pasta was dried and out of a box, not fresh. The chicken was untrimmed and flavorless, similar to what you would get from a pre-cooked meal from a gas station and I spent almost $70 on the two of us. I did not ask for a refund but I did mention to the waitress that the food was not good and I did not eat it nor did I take it home. She made no apologies, brought us the check and sent us on our way. I paid for the meal but I will never return. I wasn't angry and like I mentioned, I did not ask for any type of refund or compensation for the terrible meal but none was offered which is also disappointing. Customer Service is 70% of your dining experience and there was none at Maggiano's tonight. You can make more authentic Italian food in your microwave at home with a stouffer's frozen meal. I feel I wasted my money and had a very poor experience for what I was hoping would be a great date night.

A little pricey for being a restaurant chain. But food is good. If you compare to other Italian wannabe restaurants like olive garden.. this place is awesome.

Our Waitress Holly was fantastic, very knowledgeable of the menu and so very sweet and nice. The food was fantastic and we will recommend them to everyone we know. It was our first time there and I'm glad we went.

Actually, it turns out to be serendipity. On our last visit to Jacksonville we ate at Carraba's near the airport. It was lousy. So I wrote a review and saw that I was not alone in my opinion and someone suggested Maggiano's. We never heard of it but we sure are glad that we gave it a try. The place is beautiful inside. And the food was first great. No preprepared stuff. Made from scratch, made to order, and simply amazing. I will reach her is Lauren is a true professional. So calm, attentive, but not overly. Just perfect. We could not be happier. If there is one within driving distance. You must try it.

If you enjoy your food smothered in salt disguised as taste, than Maggianos is your place. My family and I used to love Maggianos. We went there almost once a month. Our last few visits consisted of plates that were smothered in salt (take a look at the sodium in most of their dishes, they're 2-3x what you should be taking in a whole day!). I know, when you eat out you don't pay attention to these things, but you do pay attention when you're eating the food and it lacks and sort of flavor at all because it's so salty. We contacted a manager and corporate and they didn't care to do much, so we will bring our business elsewhere. We won't be missing very much based on our last visit.

Had a celebratory dinner there on July 31. The food was fantastic. The calamari was cooked perfectly, nice and soft meat but still crispy on the outside. It's been a long time since I've had perfect calamari. The main courses were delicious, especially the salmon oscar. We were all stuffed, but still managed to pack away the lemon cookies and little chocolate balls for dessert. Our server was James, who was excellent and attentive, and one of the nearby servers also came by frequently to check on us and make sure our drinks were full. Thanks for making our dinner a very special event.

What a delight this was ! I love the interior design. Maggiano's is a great location for a sit down date night as well as a celebration location for many!
