Old 4th Ward in the news: Anyone heard of a "cash mob" before? Apparently, it's when a group of people band together to spend money (usually $20/person) at a local business to save it from closing or help it along during rough times. The fine folks at Sugar-Coated Radical - a sweets shoppe in Old 4th Ward - were robbed last week in a terrifying encounter; the community rallied around them to show their support over the weekend in the form of a cash mob. Great work, O4W!
