Morning Star - Morning twilight: showing Venus and Jupiter within the constellation Taurus. Taken in Grand Teton National Park (about two hours before sunrise). If you were in or near a city, you'd be able to see Venus and Jupiter, but not the other stars, except maybe the red star, Adlebaran, which has a magnitude of 0.87, and is over 44 times larger than our sun. There is also a new moon (less than 1%) rising, just below the horizon. Canon EOS 5D Mk3 • EF 50mm f/1.4 lens @ f/3.5 • 5 seconds • ISO 5000
