Lovely meal and good service. Staff are friendly, attentive and they didnt make us feel rushed to finish our meal. Excellent choices on the menu using local suppliers. Was good to see that one of the local butchers Pollock Williamson was mentioned as a supplier.

Was recommended by a friend who runs her own coffee shop in Edinburgh and she told me to "Support the independent!" I'm only in Glasgow for a week but one day (and a gorgeous flat white later) I was hooked. 2nd day in Glasgow I was back first thing for another flat white and I'll be back until the end of the week. Happy friendly staff and suitably cool decor make this one coffee bar to keep supporting. If you like your coffee then this is the place to visit without a doubt.

Good food and good service. I started with a beautiful chicken liver pate served with a plum chutney and crisp garlic toasts. The pate was smooth and the chutney was a perfect accompaniment. Main was a huge beef burger with bacon and blue cheese. To quote Samuel L Jackson "this was one tasty burger". My wife had the chicken tempura starter which was light and crisp. Her main was a duck ragu which her comment was "lovely". I had a taste myself and it was rich and full of flavour. Service was quick and the staff pleasant. Nice place to sit in and we will be back, maybe even with the kids if they are lucky 😀
