Awesome experience that totally blew my mind. I've never considered myself very good with technology so it was great having the staff here always showing me whats new and great and what fits my needs. I've bought my TV's, laptop, and gaming systems here with ease and no hassle. The customer service is amazing and I can not fault it. The customer service desk is always friendly and happy to help. It just annoys me when they get the short end of the stick with the stupid requests that people have like expecting a replacement for a product that they've used and abused for a year or even their money back. Best Buy is great and the employees are awesome. Don't let the ignorant people get you down.

worst customer service. spent over 3 hours to return my tv that was defective models they showed for exchange were broken now I have to wait 2 weeks to get another tv and they will only replace it with a tv that is 5" smaller

Looking for a holster belt clip for my new iPhone 6 and they had one brand in stock, otter, which is way too bulky. They have the platinum series on line but I don't understand why they don't bring it into the stores. Their stock is pathetic. I tried calling before driving down but nobody ever answers their phone, despite the repetitious "your call is important to us" as you wait on hold.

No body cares for the customers on retail side. first of all no body answers the phone i tries for over 30 minutes but not even single time any body took the call. online order desk approved the discount but associate refused to honor it that was pretty upsetting then he turned around to make a tied sale that if i buy their service plane he would give me the discount

Absolutely horrible customer service. Every time I try to call regarding my MacBook that has been sitting there over months with Geek Squad I get hung up on. I have called over 30 times in the past week and never once did someone answer the phone. I am beyond furious with best buy and will never bring them business again. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere too.

Bought a PS3 from these guys, and they had to order it in, so I had to wait 3-5 days okay no problem. after 6 days and I haven't heard from them I drive down to the store to talk to them (cause no one answers the phone there) and they tell me that they sent it back to the warehouse, for no reason, and what's more they wont let me reorder or get MY money back until it got back there. so i was told 2-3 days I would be contacted about it after a week I called best buy Canada to check where things were at. they said that I would be contacted when the PS3 got back to the warehouse well after another week they call me and say that if I want refunded I have to drive back down to the store even though they have all my info. so after all this time I have been short my money and without my PlayStation. all because of stupidity on their part. the worst system and the worst service ever. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

It is insulting to other stores to even call what they do "Customer service" Also whats the point in having a phone line if no one answers?!


Best Buy hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
