Very rude staff. Asked employee for help and he never returned. When I spoke to a manager was very unprofessional and rude, I did not know best buy likes to drive customers to Walmart for laptop sales 10 times better service there. This was my last visit to any Best Buy store. Yes i was so angry at their shit service I actually wrote a review on the internet.

Prompt courteous service, however most of the time they are unable or prevented by their policies to resolve issues concerning their warranties. Online service is fantastic. Holding items at the store when reserving online is dismal. Overall it is hit and miss. I had my car command start installed at this location and now they no longer have a shop we were able to use FutureShop service an now with that store closed it is difficult to resolve any warranty issues. I would strongly suggest not buying any warranty from BestBuy they simply do not honor their warranty. You are better off using AMEX or any other card that provides extended warranty and dealing directly with the manufacturer.

Unbelievably horrible service! They never answer the phone, the kids working there don't know anything about the products they sell and don't seem to care to help. Do your homework and read review online and spec from the actual manufacturers site, not best buys and there are a lot of false happy bot generated reviews.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Every time I try to call regarding my MacBook that has been sitting there over months with Geek Squad I get hung up on. I have called over 30 times in the past week and never once did someone answer the phone. I am beyond furious with best buy and will never bring them business again. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere too.

Horrible customer service!! The fat korean-looking guy who acted like he was running things and had a very sour face acted as if I was bothering him with my questions, like he had something better to do; he gave me the wrong directions for an item I was looking for and when I saw him again and tried getting his attention, pretended to be busy and walked away from me. Most of the sales staff are unapproachable and acts like it's a bother answering your questions. I finally found the guy at the TV area who was doing a proper job and was apologetic. They should make him the store manager.

Have been here multiple times for a variety of purchases using customer service etc. Can't really say that have ever had a bad experience. They do have highly knowledgable staff! Everyone has new staff that has to learn somewhere along the way.

Awesome experience that totally blew my mind. I've never considered myself very good with technology so it was great having the staff here always showing me whats new and great and what fits my needs. I've bought my TV's, laptop, and gaming systems here with ease and no hassle. The customer service is amazing and I can not fault it. The customer service desk is always friendly and happy to help. It just annoys me when they get the short end of the stick with the stupid requests that people have like expecting a replacement for a product that they've used and abused for a year or even their money back. Best Buy is great and the employees are awesome. Don't let the ignorant people get you down.

I will never walk into another Best Buy store again, or buy anything from them online. They have zero regard for the customer after making a sale.
