I was in need of a new car and I'm not very knowledgable so it was a very stressful situation. I got to work with Dave Wakeman and he was so helpful, friendly and he really wanted me to be happy with my decision. I didn't feel pressured and he was able to answer all of my questions. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to up sell me on anything and I left there with the perfect car for me. The next day I went to go to the store and my car had a flat tire, Dave even took the time on his day off to help me get I'm touch with the roadside assistance and the service center so I was able to get it repaired quickly. A huge thanks to you Dave!!

These guys know their stuff. It's not often that you walk out of a car dealership and have NOTHING bad to say about the experience. Thomas George and Brian Johnson worked as a team to find me the car they thought I would love. Sure enough, they were ready when I got there. They had listened to my "must haves" wants and needs. They pulled my new car up front and suggested I take it for a ride. It was "the one". Wow. Thanks guys. I'm thrilled with my new car and most especially the way I was treated by the entire staff at Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver, WA. Even the financing department portion was a breeze. I had a work appointment I needed to keep and the staff at Kia made sure to process everything in a timely fashion. They got me out the door on time to pull up and meet my clients in my new car. So fun. I'm a repeat customer with Dick Hannah Kia...and these are some of the reasons why. Thanks again. You guys are the best!

Went to check out the Soul with my son because we were in the Vancouver area; And saw the Auto Mall . Purchased our last van from Dick Hannah.. And once again had a great experience. Met some new great staff; starting with A.J,. the sales rep. And after my test drive decided to go ahead and start the buying process. Was introduced to some more great staff. Worked with Ginger, who got me an awesome rate, And it only got better with an insurance quote from Rachel. Drove home with a new car, happy. Thanks to the staff at Dick Hannah KIA. Randy and Curt worked as a great team, answering our questions and dealing with us in a fair and honest way. All the staff were friendly and helpful from greeting us at the door, offering a beverage, going over the features of the car and discussing the trade-in & price. All the options/offers were presented in an open and even manner, allowing my wife and I to examine each one without pressure and accepting the one we most preferred. We felt like we left with a fair deal on the vehicle. Additionally, we appreciated the opportunity to save on our auto insurance. This was a nice surprise to be able to lower our rates. We were not expecting this sale but like saving money.

We went in knowing what we wanted, called ahead, and Lucas took us straight to the car. After a test drive, we went straight to the paperwork, no muss, no fuss! It was a great experience and we would recommend him and the dealership as whole to anyone looking to not worry about having to "deal" to get a car!

We traded in our 2007 Kia Sedona and got a 2014 Kia Sedona had have nothing but good experiences with this dealership they are all so helpful. This time we dealt with Lucas and Bob on our new van and they were both extremely helpful with everything. Darren in the service dept. is also an asset to this dealership we had a few warranty issues and they were taken care of and explained. As far as I am concerned I will always buy my cars here. We had gone in a few weeks prior to actually buying our new car. Brian Johnson was our salesman and he was great, not pushy at all. He answered my questions and kept in touch with us until we were ready to buy. He really tried to understand what our needs were and when we returned two weeks later, he went to bat for us and got us a great deal. Thank you, Brian.

I took my Nissan 350z roadster into the Hannah Kia dealership to get a quote on painting the trunk lid. Devin Henry quoted me the best price of any of the quotes I received. This car has a special bipolar paint that looks a different color depending on how you look at the car so this paint job was not a trivial task. When the Hannah body shop had a problem matching up the new paint to the old paint they called me up and offered me a loaner vehicle so they could try and do it right. When I finally got the car back it was near perfect and I was exceedingly satisfied. I appreciated their taking the time and effort to do it right. I returned their loaner vehicle with a full tank of gas because I "believe in nice!" Thanks Devin.

Bob Snyder provided good communication, listened to what we were looking for, and was able to strike a good balance between persistence and respect. My wife and I considered several dealers, and vehicles over a period of a few weeks, and ultimately, Dick Hannah had the inventory that best fit our needs at a price that we were happy with. It is common to have a little buyer remorse after any purchase, even a good one, but our first long distance trip out of town was less than a week after our purchase--we save roughly $30 on gas because of the better mileage with our purchase. This was one of the key reasons we opted to buy when we did--Bob and Dick Hannah got us what we wanted, and beat the finance option we secured on our own. This was our best car purchase experience to-date.
