Healthy food? Through the drive-through? HEAVEN! I love avocados, I love the selection, I love the vegan/vegetarian options even though I'm neither (helps me to remember to TRY and eat better) This would be my favorite place if the customer service wasn't so bad! The first time through it took them 25 minutes to make one sandwich. One. Sandwich. The second time through, I asked about substituting ingredients on a salad. The person at the drive-through took my order (amidst discussions audible over the speaker with the person in front of me who was clearly unhappy with her order and demanding a refund) and told me to pull up. The rest of the people in the car hadn't ordered yet and he was unresponsive when they tried. We pulled up and was told that they don't usually do salad substitutions, but they had time because they weren't busy, except they had a big order inside so it would take 10-15 minutes. REALLY? You don't normally take off items that people are allergic to? Isn't that just.. not putting them on? Isn't that kind of saving you money? The salads are purportedly not pre-made, but how does it take 10-15 to throw lettuce and pre-chopped ingredients into a to-go bowl? Poor Customer service is 1) Not letting your customer complete his or her order, 2) having a row with another customer in earshot (over the speaker), 3) telling your customer they're an inconvenience, and 4) telling your customer you're going to take an unreasonable amount of time to fill their order. Thanks, but no- I can get a pre-made p.o.s. salad at McDonald's with half the hassle at a third of the cost.

This place is close to my work, so I eat here regularly. The number one reason for my repeat business - vegetarian options. I lover the veggie sandwich on wheat bread. I usually order half sandwich and salad. For the salad I go with the dancing avocado. My big complaint about this place is not lunch but the drive up coffee on the morning. Half the time I drive up and no one is there to take my order. The open sign is lit and someone I'd inside but no response. So my reading is based on the lunch not the coffee.

My favorite gluten-free place in Eugene. The food is good, the people are extraordinarily friendly, and it's nice to have healthy options in fast food. They also have my favorite gluten-free goodies in Eugene. The sauces are creative and the basil bowl is a favorite.

This is a terrible place to have food. They are a coffee cafe pretending to be a restaurant. The quality of food is at best mediocre, although I found my meal to be excessively salty and the chicken dry. They must have the same people making coffee also trying to make "fancy" food. The bottom line is that this place is overpriced for the disturbingly poor quality of food they produce (6-8$). They are just riding the "organic" wave with their name. Don't trust it. Stick with legit places like Laughing Planet or Cafe Yumm for food.

Way overpriced for the portion and quality of food. Two of our party ordered rice bowls with chicken, it mostly consisted of broccoli. One of our party had a 1/2 sandwich and soup. The soup was cheese-broccoli (are we seeing a theme here?), a bit thin and not a lot of flavor. The sandwich was passable, but the bread was dry. The last member had a cheese quesadilla, which was not near restaurant quality. No fountain soda. Obviously, we will not return. There is no comparison between Cafe Yumm and this place, head for the Yumm!

First visit to this place after a friend recommended it. Food was good, if a bit expensive. Calorie counts on the menu are nice for those keeping track.
