Don't forget about yourself okay? You, your feelings, and what you're going through counts too. It doesn't make you conceited to want to treat yourself or to take care of yourself. It's good to help out others, but please remember that you are still human and it's okay to acknowledge that you have a breaking point. Everybody has a breaking point whether we've discovered it already or not. Don't leave yourself behind, because at the end of the day the person who you are going to be stuck with every single minute and second of the day is yourself.
